Airport by FLIO

Every update wipes out the flights entered. The 'airport' map is a lie. It is actually Google maps which does NOT show the interior airport layout. I have not found any use for this app. I have not even opened on my current 32-day travel. I am uninstalling. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

With your new update none of the boading pass can be scanned. I used 6 times every time its said not possible to scanned. You had made your application more commercial its fine to one end but same time it left woth no charm for those who dont require your commercial services.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to edit flights after being placed into an itinerary. I've made a trip (2 leg) arrived at the destination, my return to home has now changed and I'm going to travel to a different destination. Unable to delete my return from the FLIO app. Also as the itinerary hasn't been completed, I don't see the complete flights in the History Log / Globe. Hopefully this editing / deleting option is possible in the future Small update in the ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to 4. As developer responded.

It was great until a update came and everytime I open the app it's asking to accept Privacy Policy and throws error when you accept and can't go into the app.

Update: New version is very poor. The usability of it is bot up to standards as compared to it's previous version. There's no more globe that shows me the countries I've been top. Huge step down. Looks very messy, I thought I would get used to it but no. New update is a major step down from it's previous version. Boarding passes were a mere few clicks away, now it looks all messy and not user friendly. Strongly recommend a reverse.

The app is too cluttered and the user interface is no longer easy to use. There a lots of things I don't need or want to view on the screen and the whole thing is a eyesore now. Serious miscalculation changing from the old interface...and without warning too?!? I'm looking for another app to use until this gets some serious, serious improvement.

Recent update has made the UI awful to use; confusing and cluttered! I had the app since end of 2017 and loved it, the globe was one of the best features and it combines all of my boarding passes from different airlines in one place. It's now become an advertisement platform and a site to sell cheap insurance. I'm so disappointed they updated the app to become this user unfriendly. It is now slow, hard to navigate and tatty.

The new update is a straight up disaster. The UI looks horrendous. Even if it "looked nice," it breaks so many conventions of mobile design. The buttons are frustratingly small, the menus don't make much sense, and worst of all, my beautiful globe is gone :( there's no way I'll be using this app in its current state.

PLEASE bring back the old FLIO, a LEGENDARY app for travelers. The old app was AMAZING, but it was replaced after an acquisition. The new app is tragic. Almost all of the original useful features are gone, replaced by crippled features that attempt to monetize every single piece of information. The intuitive user interface was replaced by a UI that reminds me of the early web days in 1995. This new app cannot be improved because the whole concept behind it is wrong. Go back to the old app, use it as base and re-think everything.

Bring back old app! Like everyone else, I've lost all previous flight data and hate the design of the new app. FAQ section clearly states they can restore flight history if you email them. I emailed them and they told me this function isn't available. But then they replied to say it actually is...So which is it? I have no need for the conserve or baggage tracker, so I'm afraid I've no further use for this app, and will be deleting.

Last week I downloaded this app and I was pleased with it. But I just received the update, telling us that they have teamed up with Sostravel. I don't recognize the app anymore. Terrible interface, the globe has gone as have my trips. Uninstalled. EDIT: dev seems to think that problems have been solved. Flight data are accessible by ignoring an empty 'my flights', going to menu, choosing flight history, scrolling down to discover a button 'details' behind which the crucial info hides. Bravo!

LOL. Losing 0.5 rating a month. Everyone's asking what happened to this app. Easy. It was a superb German app and it was sold to Italians, the "masters of design" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 When did Italians do good software for Christ sake? And ratings, that were astounding above 4.5, are literally plummeting. Good alternative - > Boarding Pass Wallet: Flight Manager is the best I've been able to find. Doesn't have the globe, tho. Flio (the German original one) was unique. But it's gone.

I used to use this app like 2 years ago to have all my flights at one place and to see where I travel. Now I checked it again and all my data are gone, I had to make a new account, now I cannot find where to put my flight number to have it in history and the app looks just horrible. Immediate uninstall. In these days, non-intuitive app is just deliberately wasting people's time.

I cannot use (login) the application and the support, finally, doesnt help me to solve the problem. I have partial access to my old data, as well as the newentered data. After some navigation I loosing everything. It is a total disaster. I am too sorry, I real nice application was distroyed. As I am read I am not only one with such problems.... My evaluation for the old version was: [4 starts] nice application, companion to the traveler. i wish to had a payed version without ads

It used to be the best flight app. Loved the design and all the features. With the last update I decided to uninstall it. Worst UI ever seen, useless features like the assistant (which doesn't work) and most of my flights are gone I don't know why you decided to make these changes but you're going to lose all your users.

This was my favorite travel app until terminal and gate information stopped populating both on the widget and in the app. This has been a problem for more than a month, and the app is useless without this functionally. I notified them, and from the comments below, it sounds like others have as well. As a frequent traveler, I need a reliable app. Time to uninstall Flio

I absolutely ADORED the original FLIO app. I used it on all of my travels and I travel quite frequently so I was very familiar with it. The app was perfect. It had a beautiful, easy to use layout and had only useful information. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE revert back to what it used to be! FLIO was a very unique app. Please bring it back!

Absolutely catastrophic update that turned an easy-to-use, fast, useful and beautiful app into an unintuitive, outdated and useless eyesore. Never, in all my years of using smartphones, has an "update" been so shockingly bad. The perpetrator(s) of this new design should be locked very far away and very deep underground

All the information disappeared, which i find out on the day i fly. New interface is pointless, the simple to use functionality of the previous version is replaced by a garbled dog's breakfast of a UI. This is a spectacularly poorly conceived update. The opposite of "if it ain't broke". Terrible.

what did you guys do?! 2 years ago i was using this and (another app) religiously as i travelled. flio was stylish, full of airport information and flight updates. now it looks like a kid designed the ui, and you have sold out to third parties. even the logo looks clunky now. *edit* oh i see, it's basically a second instance of the sostravel app. all the interfaces are the same. just to be clear, you have driven the flio app into the ground by cloning your already failing app over the old flio.

TOTALLY USELESS! Cannot even see the departure and arrival time in my flights! Airports and Airlines names wrong and overall bad bad bad! They weren't able to fix anything after several updates. Flight history doesn't update. I will uninstall and maybe try it again after 6 months. At present it's junk that doesn't deserve to be in my phone.

Used to use this app all the time. Was super simple and gave me what I needed. The new design makes it so hard to get to what I need and has a bunch of superfluous features. It's bad enough that I have to uninstall it... Oh and the update changed the design and now it looks a decade old. The old app was sleek and looked amazing.

Now it's working again, which is great because I am so dependent upon this app while traveling.

I can see this is a lesson about how NOT to update an app without speaking with your customers. Whoever decided this new version was a good idea should be fired. I have never seen so many negative reviews. Clearly there was a strategy to destroy the app so that people stop using it, perhaps to introduce a new paid app. Unless its fixed soon, won't be using it in the future. Most of the good features a have been lost including all of the flight history. Where is the globe UI? How do you add a flight from the past? Seriously have a good look at yourself and accept you have made a mistake and bring back Version 2.9 and start again.

Very, very bad I used to love this app and it has faithfully accompanied me for the past 2 years or more in all my travels and some times solved urgent issues. The new version is absolutely terrible, it is ugly, it is irrelevant to me and it is full of bugs and errors. And the chat is useless: I got "Hi, you have Ludmila on the line.", I wrote my questions and then nothing happened. We are not in the least interested in sos travel. Give us back our app! I promise you, it is getting uninstalled.

Update: app is still awful, I can't even export my data. Uninstalled and replaced. :( What happened to this beautiful app?! The flight info is now useless and much harder to access, the globe is gone (BRING IT BACK), almost all of my airline data is gone, the layout is cheap and clunky, and is just to sell third party services. It must have been sold onwards, I'm so sad - no one wanted a concierge app, I wanted an app for my flight information!
