Airport Sherpa

This was great. BWI is large enough that I didn't want to try to deal with my luggage and food and multiple concourses (especially since I have some mobility issues.) This let me go straight to my gate and eat while waiting to board. Food arrived hot/cold as appropriate and they kept me updated regarding each step so I could track the progress. Speed was good

Not sure if it's an app issue or a restaurant issue but tried ordering from McDonald's and requested ketchup only on a cheeseburger for my son. There isn't a drop down available to remove things from the burger so I had to write it in the text field. It was not delivered correctly. Maybe the app needs more work to include the ability to request items "without onions" etc. It would definitely be beneficial for those who may have an allergy as well.

4 stars because it doesn't let you choose pickup from the beginning and then they text you to confirm pickup. otherwise an amazing app to get food anywhere you are at the airport. some ppl are confused by the name but the service is worth it.

We were in BWI and we couldn't get to our beloved Cinnabon without going through security all over again. We downloaded the app, set our location to our gate and ordered. Super easy to use, very intuitive. The app gave us a estimate delivery time and tracking every step. I also got text alerts. I met a guy wearing purple and he arrived like 10 minutes before the estimated time. Great idea, totally worth it.

Great and expedient. They messaged via text if any complications arised. It is uber eats for the airport delivering in a timely fashion to where you are. I have ordered twice now and had the same results every time. Timeline has been accurate and in my case ahead of proposed time. Will definantly use again.

It's a good service to get you everything you want with out having to search the whole airport for food options. Just make sure you give them a decent amount of time to bring everything. But a great idea the uber eats, door dash, grubhub for the airport.

firsttime experience.. was great. only glitch the gate was crowded and there was no way to signal the delivery person where i was sitting. uber has a system whereby upon arrival of a pickup there is a color that can be flashed from the prospective rider's phone to signal the driver.

Great experience, I had two kids and and too much things to carry. Airport sherpa made things much easier. What I like about this is that they text you every time to tell you the status of your order/delivery. I highly recommend it.

Just downloaded the app and it required personal information to just look at what's available. Really disappointing that of only 3 options that showed up one only sold cupcakes, another was closed and the last didn't accept this service. Would have been nice to know what was available before I had to create an account.

I’ve been working at BWI for a couple weeks now, and without enough time to get back and forth through security this app is genius! However the execution is horrible. I’ve ordered four times and they’ve been late each of them. Twice they missed their “20-23 minutes” came about 15 minutes late. I can be understanding, but when I’m paying $14 for a smoothie and it’s melted by the time it gets to me, that’s kinda unacceptable.

Fast and thorough with the order. I made an order with special instructions and my order was 100% correct. This was so convenient for my family and I as we were relaxing at the USO, and they delivered it. Recommend usage!

Wow, this app is a game changer. It made my normally hectic airport visit a less stressful, which goes a long way in my book. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome. I was able to get a smoothie without having to walk all the way across the airport. Its doordash for the airport. Will definitely use again.

This was my first time trying this app and I can say that I am very impressed it's very convenient if you want something else to eat that's not around you and your food gets fast. I truly recommend this to anybody at The BWI Airport.

I work in am airport and do not get a break for 12 hours straight! This app has saved me from starvation. plus it still gives the option of my employee discount. LOVE THIS APP AND CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE OPTIONS!

Amazing App and concept! Im always running late for flights so this was a life saver!!! Ended up taking eating steak instead of pringles, I cant wait till it's at every airport!

This is a great company. It comes in especially handy when you work at the airport and only have so long for a break. It's like doordash for the airport, absolutely fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Does not work as advertised. No delivery available at all. Also the app claimed it was possible to order the real McDonald's food-like stuff instead of their inedible breakfast menu, but that was also a lie.

perfect for when u have a layover and do not want to go through security!!! my daughter has autism and truly wanted pizza. we couldnt get her food without going through security i appreciated the service. it she hadnt received pizza unfortunately fries would have been her only dinner!!!

easy and convenient for busy travel days, and especially good if you have kids or luggage to deal with, and don't want to run all over the airport to find something good to eat.

So fantastic! I got my order within 10 minutes! The ultimate airport convenience to get chick- fil-a even when there was no location in my concourse. Great text messages to update me on order status.

Literally the best thing ever created. Flying is hard enough and even if you're stuck outside security, they can deliver food to you. 100% satisfied

Our connecting flight at BWI was delayed 2 hours, and it was just me and my toddler, so leaving to get dinner would have been an ordeal, and we would have lost our seats. Airport Sherpa delivered our dinner in 25 minutes! Excellent service!

I really needed this app when I was running late in the airport. Too bad it won't complete installing. I guess I'll wait 5 hours to eat. Good idea, poor follow through.

Quick and Easy! Ordered food and had it delivered, had tracking all along the way. Arrived in plenty of time for me to eat and board my flight.

This was very nice to have available because we couldn't get to the food we wanted at BWI because it was in another concourse. They brought it right to us at our gate. Amazing!
