We booked a shuttle from the Las Vegas Airport to the venetian hotel to get a email today that our shuttle was canceled. I'm not liking this. We can't call anyone to find out what happened. 3 days before we fly and we have paid online. You're ruining my anniversary trip.
Payment processing comes back as error. Credit card company could not help. Spent over one hour trying to book ride. Gave up.
awful app. it wont shut down/log off unless you restart your phone. unacceptable in 2019.
Terrible interface, no way to track taxis before account creation. uninstalled immediately
Good app for choices of rides to and from your airport near you.

Any thing less than one star deserves this.Google Play store should be Ashamed of to alllow these APPS on their platform to get their share of Megabites in turn, shows how much Google Stoops to profit Few Megabites from these APP developers., is Deplorable.
Pointless. Won't let me enter any information to even begin searching for a booking.
Company does not pay its suppliers. Don't use. Your bookings will not be honoured by airport taxi companies.
Awful. Driver 25 min late to pick up for flight. Do not use. Uber or Lyft is better and cheaper.
When trying to book a round trip app will not let you scroll down to pick a date. Useless to me.
Worse than useless. If you have already booked, app won't let you recover booking. Wants to make you book another ride.
Flipping useless. I've booked and paid for a ride. App will only let me book another. No way to find my existing booking. Stupid interface.
Only permits you to make future bookings. Can't look at stuff already booked. Nearly useless.
The only thing you seem to be able to do is to book a trip. I downloaded it at the suggestion of the website after booking a trip and assumed it would allow me to see and manage that reservation. Apparently not.
Not sure what the purpose is of an app that won't let you sign in and check on booked shuttles. Deleting from phone less than a half hour of installing. Useless!!
Great app worked well when I was in Munich Germany
My first time trying to use the app and I can't even review my reservation to amend my pickup time!
I booked for pickup and downloaded the app only to find out I have to book again on the app. I cannot use my confirmation number or search to bring up my already reserved booking. It didn't serve the purpose.
Then donnot offer the destination.
Works great and is easy to use.

Terrible experience with this organization. I entered my requirements from their selections (Bayonne to JFK) and selected the first option that came back. In my confirmation I noticed that the pick up location was near Central Station, not what I selected at all or relevant to what I needed. Contacted customer service to cancel and was told I can't cancel and should have known what I was doing. Terrible service and scam artists.
