Can detect and connect for the device upon bluetooth setup , then the apps keep showing no device was connected.. What the heck for this device... Last time I'm using xiaomi phone can't connect then I trying to buy a Samsung phone, also can't connect... Only realme phone can connect... So lousy
Wanna connect using redmi note 9 but failed. Selected correct device, correct Id and password, paired device but when connect with Bluetooth - no device found, can login with other phone but not this redmi note 9. Don't what's the issue, pls fix the issue!!
Read all comment & what i can say ,most all of you don't know how to use it.. The new version need you to slide your phone screen left to right , must select the version 1st M35,ME30S or MP45 than u can connect without any trouble. If the sreen just show alipay, its mean, your phone & device still not pair/connect by bluetooth connection. kindly contact the sales person to re-educate how to connect . So far this device not giving me any trouble except the payment T+2..
CUSTOMER Cannot use this airpos for a week already, i keep uninstall and reinstall but same cannot detect the terminal.i have contact the sales person-eric who sold me this airpos machine also no dare come my shop and help me check out what problems,he keep saying busy,LOL.
Useless apps. Regret buying the terminal. The unit does not seem to be able to link to any of my phones!. 5 phone mind you! 2 ios and 3 androids!
Huawei mate20 can't connect to the airpos device, i not sure why and how, but it still working well with other phone, please fix this

The app been crashing for the last 2 months! took me 35 tries to be able to use the app today. not to mention the embarrassment having my client standing and watching me trying to sign in to the app. is anyone doing anything about this??!! when i called the customer service help, i was advised to get (purchase) a newer version device with upgrades instead. if your app is not working, why would i even buy a new device?! fix the app.
