This works really nicely to turn my Samsung Android tablet into a second screen for my Macbook. I tried it also on a Dell Chromebook, hoping to use that as a second screen sometimes like on vacation. It installs and runs and the config screen works. It appears as an Airplay display in the Mac's preferences. But the Mac cannot connect to it.
Looks like the store has changed, after buying this app, I can't even install it, I get an error retrieving information from server DF-DFERH-01, if I try to refund it, I get an email confirmation of me requesting a refund for $0.00 and it's rejected. Somehow the store got very broken. Edit, about 30 minutes after waiting a finding, the play store started working well, the application works really well after having it installed.
Using it on my Android TV. Works pretty solidly, and yielded the best image quality and smoothness for Airplay Screen Mirroring in comparison to other solutions that I've tested. Also great that they provide a free (lite) version to test it out before buying the full version.
If you have a lot of apple devices at home but don't want to overpay for a TV with an AirPlay native support(and be limited to a few manufacturers and models) then this app is for you. What's cool is that you need to only install this app on your AndroidTV once and it covers all your apple devices. Covers all my needs: cast music, videos, share phone/laptop screen. It also solves a problem of absent AppleTV+ app on Android TV platform - just stream video from your phone app. And yes, it streams HDR signal as well! Lots of thanks to developers and definitely recommend.
Best app. No ads. Simple interface. Plays properly on my TV. The only issue I noticed was after I disconnected, it still played content on the TV even though airplay in my phone said it was disconnected. Of note, the UI on the paid version is much better than the trial.
Need more functions. 1. 60fps support, because other similar app can do it. For smoothness. 2. Miracast Always On 3. Real 4K support. I tried the custom resolution function but a lot of bug like black screen / hang.... 4. Support Google cast as well
DON'T BUY IF YOU ARE USING IOS 12.3.0 or later. I will update this comment after they fix the issues. - Video progress is not updating in the iPhone - Sometimes not able to stop the video from iPhone. The video keep toggling play and pause in iPhone - Some times the airplay become unresponsive need to turn of wifi to stop streaming.
App cannot maintain sync with other zones/systems. I can adjust latency to get an acceptable level, then within seconds they're out of sync again. Unfortunately doesn't fit my usage.
Beware, Google Chromecast 2020 (Witch GoogleTV) does not works well with app. If you activate HWDecoding, you do not any image, only sound. SWDecoding is not very efficient. Wait for an, update.
Hi, after purchasing the full version the app doesnt detect tv. The tial cersion still works but when i play video it becomes very choppy. After a few days later i cant play video anymore.
Total Junk! Amazon, where's the zero-star button??? I should have heeded to the 1-star ratings and advice of others saying this app is garbage. My intent was to stream my Note20 on my Fire Stick, but this app couldn't even handle that task. I couldn't move on from the app's main screen on either device. Don't waste your money or time on this scam. As a side note, I found a way on the Fire Stick to directly stream through my phone's Smart View function. $7 down the drain to the CCP...
Quite stable. Runs on background while the tv is off on a 2017 sony bravia... The only caveat... I wish the developers added homekit support. That would be a complete implementation of airplay...
Airplay works at time but not always. Airplay doesn’t work with Netflix, Amazon Prime or third party app. Everytime i have to open youtube app manually cast video
Video streaming from iPhone 8+ is not working lately and keeps loading for minutes. Any suggestions ? Screens mirrorring is working though. Installed on Sony Bravia 4k.
The app works really well for me except for one really annoying bug. Felix.long: where can I send a message with details on bug for it to be looked in to?
Would not play what I wanted to watch using AirPlay. Kept crashing and saying there was a problem loading the content. Would like a refund please.
Very good!! It works very well with Apple devices. It can run in the background. It is not intrusive.
Works well for what i need. I just wish it didnt run at startup every time i reboot my phone.
Netflix will not work either through airplay or the google cast function please help
I paid this app to stop the ad but now only the trial one works, this one does not so I am still getting the trial ad and wasted my money for nothing
Being charged 2 times when i want to install to other devices.. make it bought the total same application 3 times.. please refund me back..
Works great, my orientation setting is not in my settings anymore. Does anyone know why?
The app doesn't work it only streams sound not the actual picture
excellent on Nvidia, i did change the external player to nova player (separate app) because fast forwarding didn't always work.
The trial version works perfect so I decided to I would buy it only to have the paid version not working for my usage any at all 🙄
Great utility! Used it on my GE Kitchen Hub, now I can Airplay and Cast from my iOS devices. Great work!
Working to some extent, The problem is I still cannot cast Netflix on this app, Can you please fix it?
Like 'You can be refunded within two hours of purchase" Dislike " Where the hell is the refund button? Just purchased this 3 minutes ago.
I second what some say about Lite being a way to "try before buy". Of all the apps both open-source and otherwise this one is well worth the $3 I paid. Allows near-seamless integration with my AndroidTV to stream iTunes Music to my home theater setup. Need to test the video streaming/mirroring but it wasn't the primary use case for my needs. That said, options for that seem well thought out; it's not a blanket "one size fits all" with zero options to help with troubleshooting but instead has a lot of under-the-hood advanced options for those techies (like me) who'd be able to figure out an optimal solution via trial and error. Overall, I appreciate the attention given; well worth the try (via Lite Edition) that ended up with a no-brainer purchase shorty afterwards.
