Worst app. It gives all wrong information. I had a flight from Delhi which it was showing cancelled. I literally step out of the security Check in to confirm if it was really cancelled as I hadn't recieved any messages from airline about it. The flight wasn't cancelled.

Followed the steps to register using an email. Got the link to verify my email. Clicked on the link and added the required information. After all this, it doesn't recognize me! I tried the registration again, it says sign-up is in process, try after some time! If you can't even do new user registration reliability, why create an app?

Piece of useless nonsense. Only enabled to help airlines and not passengers. Unable to login via password or Google. You are forced log in as a guest, so that you can't complain against an airline or airport. Great job 👏

not starting. only a plane sketch does up n down. one old version was somewhat working. this new version is total time waste. i tried reloading 10 times. but no avail.

useless app, login don't work, don't show any flight info, lot many options don't work! they just made the GUI only, it doesn't work.

Pathetic... U guys need to look at your server. Despite successfully registering with my email address, the app says 'no user found' when signing using their said email address.

Hi While doing OTP validation time is very less only 30 sec. Key board repeatedly Switch to alphabet one and not remain on numeric one specially while doing OTP validation

Third class app. Doesn't allow to submit as it says " Unable to read description ". If u can't submit after typing , what is the point of having this app.

Useless app. When you click on tap on any of thr features it shows the animation of an aircraft and nothing happens after that.

A lot of times unable to login, pls maka a provision to send a mail/SMS once our grievance is replied to or closed so that we can check it otherwise it gets closed in the system ans we are unable to reopen it

I clicked on flight info for departing flights at Mumbai airport and it gave an error that there is no flight info for this airport! Unbelievable!!!

Bad experience. Can't login. No information about any thing and is not accessible too . Worst app ever

The app always says that it was unable to communicate securely with server and never lets you log in.

Seams this is only trial version or work of poor knowledge programmers. Not responding. Even selecting an airport is not working. Why do programmers jump into doing too many things. Be focused on what you want to offer. As GoI, concentrate on grievance only. For flight related information there are much much much better applications like flightradar and planefinder. Have you made enough setup for sharing live data of flights. Feel pitty for NIC team. A frequent user for flight information.

Helpful only to see the flight status of your current airport i.e. Delayed, Cancellation status of a flight. Other than that I didn't find it useful.

Very useful app for air travel. Has information about flights and airports. Can raise complaints about services. Easy to use.

There is problem with this aap, all of sudden not responding. I have reinstalled 2 to 3 times, it is opening but stuck. I am not able to ise same.

Its pathetic i want to file griverance against Indigo written several emails, tried on their web and app portal it is not moving forward at next level for validation, sent screenshots to them but no response, poor service's!

Worst app ever tried. Can't login/signup at all. Wanted to raise a grievance, but then it requires you to login (stupid) which you can't.

Third class app. can't even check flight information. Better not to launch unless you pilot it better . Not sure what server connectivity the 5 star raters have!!!

It's good app but need to add some more features like PNR status of the passenger, and departure from which tarminal seat no etc..

This app is like baap of all airlines! Every single issue i have raised till now have been resolved and that too as per my expectation. Great work airport authority of india!

I have been trying for 2 days but app is unable to send grievance OTP. Considering login is using username, password and captcha; why is OTP required to file a grievance?

Please update data like airport facilities , connecting flights , rest room etc. . And make seach option more userfriendly, app does not recall the name of airport while searching for flight deatials section

Poorly designed app. UI/UX requires a lot of works. So many bugs.
