Please sent for us new version, it doesn't work for new android 5.0
I use it for playing music from WiFi hard disc. I have tried many apps and I thing this is the more convenient, but needs a lot of improvement.
1 night after I transfer some photos tp my phone, all the photos is missing, and I cannot find the photos. Some hours after I transfered the photos, they still in my phone, and then they just gone. Please fix it
Absolutely awesome, just installed it on my Samsung J7, entered the password to my Ravfile and lo and behold all the folders and files on the 1tb usb3 portable drive connected to the Rav are visible and available....simple quick and easy.
It connects to my Rav Filehub with no problems. I have been able to stream from two different devices with the same file, and 2 different files great. Transferred files to the SD card. So far, enjoy it. 3 stars because more testing, and then I'll update this.
Works well with my lenovo tab3, easier to use than some of the other apps out there
Great application, works well with my 5 in 1.
It works...could be better... i wanted 2 give it a 3.5... i chose 2 round up...
Could use a lot of improvements.
better than others
Nexus 5 running Android 5.0 - this app doesn't work. When I contacted support, I was told: Please contact the company where you purchased your Wireless Storage Product from. They should be able to provide you information when the new software release will be available for your product. The company does not take responsibility for it's product/app running in the newest version of Android OS.
You need to fix your #hit! Everyone is saying AND IT IS very glitchy. Not sure what's up. A movie will stream for a good 20mins the boom. It becomes Skippy and glitchy and then it freezes and I'm #hit out of luck. Fix please. We all are saying it and it's not getting any better.
Down loaded the app to work with a EZO sd and disk reader (cheep solution to a Seagate wireless disk). The App worked very well on my Note 2 so I did it again for the Kindle fire even though it didn't say it would work. It worked flawlessly. Please understand I don't use it for movies just files and sometimes music.
Seems to support more video formats... I stopped using for a good while and came back and video files that I could not before use now works... Keep up the good work
Used to work but doesn't work for Android 5.0 lollipop
Was working well. Newer software app named "RAV Filehub" actually fixes all of the issues AirStor has. **HOWEVER....the newest update of Android 5.0 Lollipop has "broken" that app, and will no longer allow me to use my RAVPower FileHub on any of my devices (GNex4, GNex7, Win8 Desktop PC, and 2011 Macbook Pro). FIX THIS ASAP!!!!
App needs to be updated
Works great and i can keep all my files up to date.
Force closes on 5.0. Other developers have updated their apps to support 5.0 so please update this app!!!!
since installing lollipop on my nexus 5 Airstor no longer works. is an update in the works??
For connecting to a harddrive
Loved it
Works OK on my nexus 4 but constantly has connection errors on note 3. Can't get it to play a video on note
I bought the RavPower to house large volumes of photos and music that would not fit on my Android device. The AirStor app works well enough for photo files, but the music player is very basic (although it does support a shuffle function). It would be very helpful if the developers could provide a playlist facility.
worked great, no bugs so far. Only complaint is that it has no shuffle function for music files.
Does not work on Android or Ipad. I have an SD card for photos and the photos won't even load on the ipad. They load on my Galaxy s4 but the app crashes before I can do anything with them. I will be returning this device.
Worked fine on my Samsung Galaxy Reverb. Connected the instant I started app for the first time. Connected to RavPower directly through its wifi and through my home network wifi. Transferred 300+mb in 30 seconds.
I recently downloaded and it works pretty well. Didn't experience previous updates like other users. However there are other ways to access your WiFi drive. Use file explorer apps, video/picture players or thru web. Just configure Samba or LAN and you're ready to rock and roll.
Not sure what people are talking about, I have had no problems with Android 5 or 6 and this software. Could be more in depth but does and OK job for what I need... dealing with a WiFi portable server device. Where I'd rather move the file and then deal with in locally anyways. Does that fine.
