AirStream: Stream PC on mobile

Hi i hav found a way to set up the airstream, on pc start airtream and skip login, start one more airstream and skip login.. In task bar you can see 2 servers working on ports 8082 and 8083, in mobile connect manually with 192.168.x.x what is shown on the pc suite and port 8083..there you go working airstream again

Gave up trying to get it working on the Android TV, asking for email and password to register and then asking for it again while showing the email I just registered with, ____ that for a game of cards, not friendly unless you're using touch screen and even then I think I'd chuck the phone. Wouldn't let me register on the computer, nooo that'd be to easy for them

The only thing I wonder is why the .bat file on PC required admin to run some script :/ Anyway, I canceled that one and ran the app without admin stuff, the app works ok. :) 3* only because of that weird batch file and the huge banner overlapping the files/folders list. Restrict the banner size and explain what that batch does, and you'll have a 5* app :)

Still after a few months this app has odd issues and does things automatically without my consent. Including uploading content from my phone to their servers. The PC app is by far worse as well. This app serves no purpose and does not function properly what so ever. Website offline. App unusable any longer.

If what you need is to be able to access your library of movies and audio books without eating up all your phone space. The program's got it's quirks and little irritating things, but that's to be expected, especially on a free app. This program does what I need in a way that's pretty intuitive. I'm happy with that.

This works well, and is simple to set up and use. However there are some minor issue that I think once solved: would really improved the product. The free version has ads that are occasionally blocking the bottom of my lists. It will not open any files that have special characters in their names... This includes things like "#" - and I find that a bit odd... It does not work in landscape mode, which of course is how we all watch our movies. Finally: the visible characters in file names are too short

.... I get a "failure to load application" message every time I get to cast to the TV. It happens with this app on two different devices, and I have to issues casting other apps. Please help, as I've already given you guys subscription $ in the hopes that it would work.

This is great (and the only one I can find like it) but its not reliable at all. The Airstream.io website goes down, everything goes down. So you will be able to watch your movies from PC to android but only if the airstream servers are running which they seem to be down like 80% of the time. I have been trying to find something else that works the same and I cant so thats super disappointing.

They fixed issue and now works great as i knew it would Great app just sometimes it does not want to connect unless I do it manually. Updated. ..... keeps crashing whenever I open it and I've emailed support 4 times with no reply as of this date. Will change rating when problem is fixed as I've used this app for over a year with no issues.

This used to be one of my favorite apps for my phone, however they have essentially stolen my money as I paid for the original premium app (ad-free and internet xfer) and subbed to the "premium service" after that. They took money out of my account like it was normal, but they haven't had their servers up for more than a week, and I can't get a response from them period! This is not how you run a business at all, super unprofessional.

Really cool app. I was looking for a way to stream movies from my PC. My PC has a lot more storage. It also lets me stream and share audio and images. Shortly after purchase, I had an issue that stopped me from connecting. I contacted technical support and they were quick and friendly. Totally worth it.

App worked flawlessly for the first video, and then crashed every time I tried another one, wouldn't load photos either. Had the same problem some months ago and hoped it had been rectified, but alas. Absolutely pathetic!!!

Would be good if it worked on my devices, keep getting that "no internet connection" funny enough the ads are the only thing that works for something that can't connect to the internet. I tried using it about a year ago before the app had ads, didn't work then and it certainly isn't working now, at least not for me.

This app been working for me ages. Suddenly now i cant reset my password. Its keep on asking me to check my network connection. I cant login also because the same error pop up. Once this fixed, my 5 stars are only for you.

Using airstream since almost last year. Never had a problem with it until now. Can't find 'MY - PC' after i skip the login page. Have checked my firewall and the program has been given permissions to communicate on both public as well as private networks. Have tried resetting the program n even reinstalled it but all in vain. What else i should try ?

However today the app suddenly stopped working after the latest update, have tried everything to get it going again, i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and the software on my PC with no joy Please fix as this is a great app Now works again, is superb and better than ever. I have been having problems trying to access the website as I keep getting a server error message, so I sent an email asking for help over two weeks ago with no reply. Can you please help. Two emails have been ignored

I was a little bit taken aback by some problems stated by some users on the review section but after I downloaded it, it works totally fine on my device. Really useful app for people like me who doesn't like getting their phone memory too full and too bothered to copy all the downloaded items to the HDD/vice versa.

Easy way to access movies on my pc via my phone. I can then then stream to Chromecast on the t.v. works seamlessly 98% of the time but sometimes it lags a bit hence 4 stars but would recommend it for sure.

Could use,auto play next. But still great. Edit: Now suddenly ads... give me my money back or remove them this is just flat out lying and a cheap trick to get money.

I haven't been able to use this app for a long time. The servers at airstream.io have been down for a week and for some reason the app needs it to work? If it's supposed to be my computer connecting to my phone by wifi, in my case to play music; how does that need to talk to an outside server? I would think this product is a scam if I had paid anything for it. Now I'm sure I never will.

I no longer can login on android app or from pc. Saying no internet / check internet connecrion although i already allowed the apps on the firewall.

I use it all the time to watch movies while relaxing in bed or the office recliner. It works better than any other streaming solution.U pdate10/18/2016 You updated it and lost performance. Stutters badly now don't use any more..

It keeps saying I have no Internet connection. Does not matter if via wi fi or mobile data

The website to download the suite will not work and simply trying to get a link through the email didn't work. Can't give a fair rating until this is fixed or some assistance is given.

Neither website is working nor getting any setup link on email. I guess they have not invested in their infrastructure.

Airstream makes my day when ever I think of streaming videos and music on my pc. It simply the best app to use. No freezing and no unable to connect issues. I will say, it is the best.
