Dear Airtel Tech Team, I'm trying to sign up from last 1 month, not able to access. At last maximum time of signup time. But till now it is not solved from you guys. Firstly in app their are no option for purchasing of any plan then, I had tried to uninstall and reinstall after that it is not signup from that time. Very poor support from you guys. Please not and fix this issue as soon as possible.
I had using this app many years, but suddenly one day while i try to recharge, the recharging window shows nothing, blank and i uninstall and installed but not getting OTP for registration untill now (06 may 2022) from 4 months. Iam the Abroad user from Dubai.
Excellent app with superior quality. Recently after a reinstall am not receiving OTP nor the call. I go thru the reviews and one member mentioned he contacted them by email and solved his issue. I did the same and they called me back and provided the OTP by phone. It was soo quick and and excellent service and am soo delighted to recommend this app to anyone who wish to contact their loved ones with cheaper rates
The app was working fine in the initial stages The clarity of the call was fine for me and the rates were competitive as well. But i could recharge for the second time as when i try to recharge there is an error which shows No token passed. Dont understand what that mean?
Eventhough there is Internet connection it says device is not connected, secondly when calls gets connected there is a noise in the background something like when you change the channel in the radio 📻. I sent email to customer care and they did reply and said everything is OK and nothing is wrong. Now what I try my luck and call may be this time background disturbance will go as I have taken monthly subscription
The connections are good and line is clear. It would be five star if the process of establishing the connection was bit quicker and smoother.
Good app with best plan and good quality. Only thing sometimes, i unable to find the purchase plan. Which shows no items.. Pls respond this issue.. So yours app will be perfect one.
Iam using this app from last 3 years but now a days getting disconnected every time in 3 minutes with out any reason.later can not be called as the message showing all ready in a cal.also sometimes shows a message limited connectivity. but i having very good internet.so solve this issue as earliest
What is wrong with your app. It could not start up a call, i delete and redownload it became worse now Its refusing to get start after downloading. You guys disappointed me when I needed your app the most.
I was using this app last 3 years,it was excellent application, unfortunately now can't buy credit,I think they stop the service
I was using this application in my old phone and it was working fine. Now I moved to another phone and trying to register with my phone number and it never sends me the One time password... Can you please resolve this issue.. Thanks
I used to use it a lot. But now, after recharging, I'm not able to make any calls. It complains that I have no Internet connection. How is it that it had Internet connection for recharge but none to make a call? I don't know what to do with my money. Its stuck with the app.
Sometimes its works and sometimes not. Some voice conectivity issues still cant able to solve. Overall apps is good.
I have bought 500 minutes India calling plan, last one week after many tries from wifi network and 4G network I have managed to spend 125 minutes. Many times it says limited connectivity error. I think Airtel server is not able to handle many calls onetime. please upgrade your server.
Very bad experience even after paid package. Always it says "check your internet connection". Even there is full network coverage and internet.
The call not to be cleared when talk each others. very slow to get network. showing no connection even though connect with wifi. worst come worst
Thanks for the support team, as I emailed them my issue that bought credit but balance was not updated. Airtel support team quickly fixed the issue and replied my email. 5 starts support appreciated.
call gets disconnected every 3 to 5 mins. in between it becomes mute some times. audio quality is bad. i will be surprised if some one rates this app abive 3.
Good service for calling. Only issue is validity only for one month, which most of them cannot consume full. Unlimited validity can make this app successful.
Today I purchased 5$ 1 India plan (900 minutes Airtel only). Whenever I am trying to call to airtel India number, Unable to call and application is getting hanged or jumping to recent calls page. please help me out.....
I am facing a issue Since last week after 3 minutes during calling no voice hearing from both sides but call timer is working its mean our balance is deducting, then we need to disconnect call again after that some times working same 3 minutes and some times showing already on callong
Call always good. But am getting frequently disconnected after 3.15-3.48 minutes. THis has to be verified and sorted out please. Otherwise all very good.
Worse App. Whenever am trying to call any number in India its showing Destination not allowed. Even if I have 600 plus minutes to call India. Admin please fix the issue neither this will my last top up.
Please note the call is not clear, there is interference sound every second, like the call is breaking.
Old app was good voice quality but now bad voice quality and i credit India call balance waste of money. Please improve voice quality first thank you.
I m using this app for may b last 4 years.i downloaded the app on my new phone. But I m not getting the code to activate my account. The app is working on my old phone. Please solve this matter
Fantastic app. Cheapest calling rates in the world. I've been using it for over 3 years now. It's super easy and convenient. You can even hide your number while calling. Recently I reinstalled the app and was not getting OTP but when I emailed Airtel, they called me back in minutes and provided me the OTP by phone. Airtel Talk is great for calling people when you don't want to connect with them on WhatsApp or to make urgent call when the other person may have WiFi off. Overall, a great product.
