Eventhough, your network is very good and so fast but the business is becoming increasingly expensive, we buy from you and sell to our customers yet you continue to increase the prices on airtime, data, cables subscription too. I advise you in order not to start losing your customers then you should reduce the prices to best affordability. Thanks.
I sub a certain number this morning, money was deducted from my wallet and the data didn't deliver. It's night and all I'm getting from your customer care unit is "Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay." This is not the first time, it's not the second nor third time. Please, once your network is poor, try and make sure you inform your customers and avoid such from happening. No data and I'm yet to get my money back in my wallet.
The response from the support team is fast. That is great. But they have to work on how to quickly make available the customer fund once deposited in their account.
The app didn't notify me of account verification after logging in, I went straight to airtime to cash and transferred N6000 and now the app is telling me am not verified and am trying verify it with my BVN but the application is giving me an error message..I try uploading document also it did not work. That's how my 6k card has gone..it's very annoying.
Very interesting and Legit app I recommended it to everybody that want to convert Airtime to cash is really legit and frequently response from there customer service. But you have to verified your account before proceeding using there available services if you don't want conquer any issue. Long live Airtime Data Hub
Amazing app. The app is 101 percent efficient. I think there should be a final prompt before any transaction is approved so one can double check the details one is doing transactions with. I once transferred to a wrong number. It was my loss. Customer service does a great job too and they work round the clock.
Currently the best app for data and airtime purchase, bills payment. The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I bet a lot of time was put into making this app. Plus the customer service is always on point for me. I just converted some excess airtime on my phone line to cash with ease.
Used to be a great app on my phone until I updated it 3 days ago, now, it won't let me login, and when it allows me, the app disappears in 4 seconds and I'm not able to purchase data nor airtime. I used a Samsung device
Hello, I tried verifying my account but it's showing bvn verification failed and I'm having trouble uploading my voters card document, I already transfered 1000 to the number so I can fund my account,kindly get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks
Perfecto 👌 Its a nice app, transaction into bank account are really fast, and i love them for that. But all the registration process is a little bit difficult and stressful as well. I would have given it 5 stars but, the problem is that the charge fees are too much,and its make the money being transfered nto your account lesser. But nevertheless its a good 👍 app And u can convert your airtime to cash, which will be transfered into your hank account instantly. 😊
It's easy to use and they respond fast
Best app for any AIRTIME - DATA transaction so far. Simplified interface but carrying out secure transactions and I most commend on the customer response team, they're fast and efficient. The app used to efficient but not anymore. You buy an airtime and it tells you processed without reflecting on your balance. You report to them and they insist it's delivered only to admit it wasn't delivered after many troubles. I funded my wallet since morning and 12 hours later, it's yet to reflect and that's the reason I came to download it again and this isn't the first. Please do better.
the app is good but it will be better if a wallet will be created so that users can recharge the wallet and buy data or airtime anytime. i purchase data twice but each time i made transfer to d specified account i have to text the contact before my data will be sent. so until a wallet is created 3 stars for now
First of all, i love the app n its very responsive n easy to use UI. Secondly, they've got the brightest n one of the best if not the best customer support in this biz, had issue with one transaction n after chatting them up on whatsapp i was attended to promptly n it was resolved after all evidence that the transaction went through from my end. Thirdly, when they say their service or product offered is 24hrs, AirtimeHub is truly operational 24hrs of the everyday n i love it Big ups to you guys

Th I love d app, i would have given 5stars, but the app still need an upgrade to many features, eg...the history stopped recording transaction, and it didn't show the full view of d app...well theyve been very good so far, i hope they continue to be good or better.
The app is amazing, i just started a side hustle with it. I mistakenly bought MTN airtime for Airtel, but after i reported, my money was refunded to my wallet.... I recommend the app, but i just hope it last longer, good things don't just last for long 🤦
very poor and annoying, I asked your customet care provider if a particular service was available and she gave me an affirmative answer, after recharging my wallet I found out the service wasn't available.... isn't she suppose to check before passing out false information and making me pay for a service not rendered ...... very annoying

Crashes almost Everytime and doesn't come back up
I credited them with MTN airtime worth 20k and in less than 25 minutes I was credited with some cash directly into my Accessbank account. I give them 4 star because of their charges, it is way too high. This is a honest review. Their service is satisfactory. The waiting time is reasonable, I can say it is fast. I recommend them to people but they should work on their charges. 20k mtn airtime for 13,950 naira is not really fair. They are trustworthy.

The app is good and work fine. It has friendly interface and it's very efficient in service delivery with prompt customer care service. However, I want to enjoin the developer to update the app so that receipt for withdrawn transactions would be generated possibly in PDF format.
