Since VMware refuses to provide information, I'll put it here in hopes that people see it. Container is deprecated. The new app is the intelligent hub. I just installed it less than an hour ago and all of my work apps, including Boxer, are either up and running or I still have some configuration to do.
Can't get past the "grant permissions" loop others mention. Clearly the app needs to be updated to work on newer phones-- I'm trying to set up on new galaxy s20. Very disappointing, as I really need access to my work email etc.
Like others, this does not work on my Google pixel 4XL. I keep getting locked into a permissions loop even though I have granted the software permissions on my phone. This is a very bad deal!!
it keeps crashing every now and then, and sometimes it asks for the passcode and after I hit enter the app simply closes. I tried uninstalling then installing and now I can't even setup the bloody thing lol. I keeps telling that the passcode has already been used despite setting up new passcodes.
Does not work on Android 10 on Pixel 2. The app incorrectly tests permissions. My organization does not allow me to use the alternative app "intelligent hub" in container mode, so I am relegated to this broken legacy junk on an otherwise excellent device.
App doesn't work with official release of android 10. No updates to the app in almost a year. Please fix this. I need this for work and right now I cannot get work emails without it.
This app is horrible. Crashes all the time. No response from developer despite several emails. I rely on this for work and it doesnt work.
Does not work anymore! After getting my new phone, pixel 4xl I can no longer use this app. It does not let me get past the permissions step. This needs to be resolved asap as I cannot use my phone to get work email. Please help!
Not sure why this app hasn't been updated to work with the latest version of Android or that guidance hasn't been pushed to declare incompatibility and to delay upgrades
No update in over a year, it is broken on newest Android release. The app crashes immediately once you open it.
VMware should have stuck to what their good at...virtualization. Airwatch as a whole is the buggiest system I've ever had to implement and administer. If you have ANY say or stake in your companies MDM solution I do NOT recommend AirWatch or WorkspaceOne. Period.
NEEDS UPDATED! After I enter my email address it keeps telling me that I need to allow permission for my phone, which it already has access to.
This app wants too much access. You don't need access to my pictures, camera, and storage for me to make phone calls.

Was working on Galaxy but now fails after os update..fails saying it needs phone permission even though it has permission..

It's not working in new android device and no update available for this.
Connection issues even with uninstall and reinstall. Several attempts.
In One Plus 7T Pro it tells about update, actually it's not running.
unrooted Galaxy note 9 detected as compromised, which is ridiculous.
The underwhelming reviews and low rating do not at all reflect my experience. Have been using the container for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Was simple to setup, has been extremely stable, supports fingerprint authentication just fine, and couldn't be happier in avoiding having to carry two phones (personal and business). Once IT provisioned me to be able to download office 365 into the container the experience was complete with the use of outlook (rather than the airwatch calendar and email client). Shocked with my positive experience given the reviews. Galaxy Note 8.
