This is ridiculous Airwatch. HTC 10 was released LAST YEAR. You still do not have an HTC 10 compatible version. Just disrespectful.
It simply hasn't worked for weeks now and I cannot access company emails or calendar. Says my HTC One M8 is not an enterprise device, etc etc. Kind of shocking that this still hasn't been fixed for such a major shortcoming.
Returned Pixel for HTC 10 for enterprise email and this app needs updated. No excuse this doesn't work since its been out for some time.
As soon as I installed, my hotspot stopped working on my HTC One.
Sad application. Try to keep up with the new mobiles from HTC in the market. HTC One 10 or A9 is one of the most used HTC devices and you guys don't want to update it?

Says my device isn't an HTC device. Like others have commented it's very frustrating. Required by my company but can't set up email exchange. How can this not work for the latest and greatest phones? Sad for Android and HTC.
I installed this service on my HTC droid DNA and now it wouldn't uninstall/deactivate at all no matter what I do .

DEV team, can you please update this crap to work with HTC 10 please? It doesn't let me configure my emails on my HTC 10. Don't know why my CIO wants me to use this thing which breaks at every update. The last update was back in 2015. Scrap this thing if you don't want to update it please.
Upgraded to android 5.0 and now it is saying that it is not htc device. Really?! Using HTC ONE m8 with stock htc firmwate... Please fix it! Cannot use corp. email because of this.

HTC A9 Last week i was prompted to change my passcode, i attempted the change and it was rejected. in fact it rejected multiple passcodes so i just gave up. when i went to get back into my phone my original password was rejected. I had to call our AW admin to set the passcode in his end, i was then able to get in. Last night my phone died for the first time since the incident last week. Now im stuck on the HTC decrypt screen and its not accepting my screen unlock pin!!!!!!!!!! This app does not sync the screen lock pin with the built in Android encryption pin which should be the damn same pin.
No native email or calendar, our company had had a support ticket open for months work no resolution.

Completely missing. It just said "this is not an enterprise device".
Tried to get this to run on an HTC One M8 and no go. It installed and encrypted the phone, but would never authenticate with the corporate network. I worked with my IT department for over an hour trying everything they and I could think of, still no go. The IT person told that they had tried on several HTC models and were unsuccessful on all HTC. IT also indicated that they had tried to get AirWatch to respond to support questions and could get no help from them. Now I either have to get a new phone (Samsung or Apple) or be disconnected from the company services. With my feelings about those other phones, I will do the latter.
It won't install on HTC one m8
Latest (2) releases have broken this. Was working fine on my HTC m8, but now it has me go through the enrollment process and it finishes saying I am enrolled but then the agent app just goes back to the enrollment screen, I can't use the agent to add certs for my Corp WiFi, etc. I also keep seeing a pop-up asking if I want to uninstall the airwatch HTC service. I have tried clicking ok and cancel and reinstalled but nothing is working. Please fix!
