Have to use for work due to encryption (I suppose) but it is the PRIMARY app responsible for battery drain on my phone. Longest time frame to check for messages (besides push or never) is 1 hour. Last partial wakelock check on my phone showed this app at 67%. That's more than the system (2%). The app process has been running 7% of the total time since boot. No other app is anywhere close in terms of battery drain. Would uninstall in a second if I had the ability to check my email consistently at a computer, but can't due to the nature of my work.
Very flaky app on my Oneplus6t. Many times is has my inbox or Calendar blanked out and I have to wait a day for calendar to repopulate and stuff. Hate this app. It also needs a way to alert a loud ringer (not a notification) per subject line keyword!!! It would gain 2 more stars for that alone! This is supposed to be used for corporation world email but does not meet this basic requirement. When an emergency service call comes in I need this! Please fix this. Not just by sender. Keyword please!
It's as if this app hasn't changed in 10 years. No Conversation sort or other modern email app features. At random, opening emails will result in a "decrypting..." screen indefinitely even if the message wasn't encrypted. I dont understand how people can do their job with this app.
*When* it works, it's an okay app, however it crashes all the time. I have to reboot my phone several times per day and reinstall it about weekly. I used to think it was my old phone, but even with a new one the issues continue and have gotten worse over time.
Very bad app with a lot of bugs. In Huawei P20 lite, settings page is not displayed. Every time I change my password I have to unenroll and reenroll because it doesn't show the settings page in order for me to change it... Also the whole UI is so dated and it doesn't show notifications correctly. Finally calendar is not working properly...
While not the most fully-featured mail client, it's functional and only rarely hiccups. Mail sync hasn't failed at all, though Calendar does tend to lag a bit. I'd love a Dark Mode to reduce the eyestrain!
Our IT department required us to use airwatch for our email client. Works fine for business items. No fancy bells and whistles, it just gets the job done. Also, updating your password is simple and quick.
this app does not load correctly since my phone has android pie. it also does not ever notify me of new email, even though I have checked repeatedly that notifications are enabled on my phone and within the app settings. FIX
I cannot trust this app at all and have been burned on multiple occasions with its inability to be able to sync a calendar. Its a constant battle...
I'm required to use this app for work so am stuck with an app that hasn't been updated for years. Since the latest update from Samsung for my phone this app almost constantly crashes. Terrible.
Samsung updated its software and I can no longer access my inbox through this app. Seems to be a regular occurence every time I get a phone update.
A terrible app for emails especially since we use it for office work. Crashes a lot. Has to be frequently re installed etc.
Application not working properly in new Android update of 9.0 pie, need to fix bugs , i am using this from last 2 years , but suddenly it is not getting open aftee new update, i have reinstalled 3 times ..
works somewhat. uses a lot of battery and doesn't update very often on pie. well more than one year since it's been updated. it can't be that good...
Terrible App - it works only about 30% of the time. I came here in search of a possible upgrade. It is a waste of memory space on my phone.
I never thought an app could be SO bad, that it would force me to switch cell phones. I have now moved to Apple to avoid this pathetic excuse for an app, only because I have no other choice for work. Shame on the developers.
It needs to be updated for Android 10. Its usability and accessibility are still stuck in 2017.

after got updated to android ver 9, app has become very unstable. unable to log in most of the time. have to log in again and again.
very bad user interface! in the past three months of using it, the app has failed/hanged so many times.
Lots to improve upon. Very boxy and non fluid layout. Slow. Content integration is really bad
Less than one star rating...app not opening one day after installation. Every one or two day, we need to uninstall and install the app. Many people facing the same issue.
Can't find it in Play Store after upgrading to a brand new Galaxy s10. Where did it go? Two stars because I can't find it. I worked GREAT on my S9.
Bring back blackberry mailboxes, at least you could trust it to sync and tell the truth, and why is it constantly asking for passwords to tell me authentication failed, grrrrr!
Since updating to Android 10, I've been unable to get work email on my phone, which is the only reason I have this app installed on my phone.
Pretty horrible performance. Half of the time app wouldn't load my emails which is the purpose. Android developers have to step up their game.
not working in one plus 6 , every time I need to open hub and check connectivity then if it is normal i can see mails otherwise not working.
Most useless app , never syncs emails, needs uninstall and reinstall everyday not sure how big companies like CTS still use it as a mobile client replacing outlook .
Quite literally the worst email client I've used. Have to for work, but here's the thing, it never notifys me when I have an email. All notification settings are set to on but this app still refuses to notify me. The only way to get my emails is to open the app, then it syncs and tadaa, the emails appear in my inbox. Very frustrating to say the least. Especially when my boss asks me if I got their email and I have to say "wait 1 seconded while I open up the app,..yep got it now" (an hour later)
