This platform is better than others in this category. i liked the UI but only problem is it don't have much of the users and thats why one get less choice to go through which ultimately reduces the chance to find a match. the major drawback which i noticed is atleast viewing someone's profile from suggestion panel should be free. hope it will improve !
One request to developer: DELETE 'OLD PROFILES' SO 'LIVE PROFILES' WILL GET SOME CHANCE! Since its for Indian people mainly I installed it and paid for premium as well. Unfortunately the profiles are repeating and when I write a message that message gets rejected by the app so have to write message multiple times. Worst help support even after paying so much money for premium. The matches I get they don't reply! How is it possible that I have 20 matches and zero reply back.
App is great. But a pathetic support from Aisle team. I made a payment on 29th and due to some reason I had to reinstall the app on the same day. After installation I tried restoring payment but nothing happened. I sent email on 29th April and since than i am waiting for the resolution. They don't even bother to reply for weeks. It is almost one month and there is no accountability for users money, time and effort. Even after sending multiple followup, no one is giving resolution. UNPROFESSIONAL
This app is a waste of time. Too costly and no connections. They don't have enough profiles. Plus sometimes ypu get a notification tasty someone likes you. When you open the app there is nothing. I suggest using other apps.
This is a very fraudulent aap, this is just to make money, nothing else, till the money was not given, messages used to come every day, you have started liking a new one, this message used to come every day and only after subscribing you will be able to see who you are. Liked but nothing happens after subscribing, you are just cheated
I enjoyed using this app and highly recommend it. I was able to find many dream matches and all within a span of few days. I thank the Aisle team for making a great app. I however am waiting for a reply from them regarding an email request I sent. I hope u guys are listening.
Guys don't waste your precious time here on this app. This is a scam, they only take money and don't reply to your query. One thing I must say once who is registered, he/she will be forever on this app even after you become grand parent. Hopefully you are not going to get a reply as 99% profiles are inactive since years 😂 but they keep increasing the age. You can't delete it. One thing I would suggest if you already taken subscription then you should try sending invite only to recently active.
The app experience has improved but I'd still give it 1 star for requesting money for swipes/likes within just 10-15 profiles. On top of that, the profiles are incomplete. The matches I had, uninstalled the app for some reason.
Fix your app, can't get past the upload image option. Why the hell have you given the option to upload from gallery when it does not work? Ratings would change after you fix it.
I'm unable to use Premium services even after successful payment of 1 month's subscription amount. Have also raised the issue on the app helpcentre. Please resolve or refund the amount at the earliest.
The app keeps showing one profile named pavithra again and again...and if i pass it.. same profile shows again...and if i like it...smae profile shows again after showing that i have been matched...such a shame...also a premium user... I'd request for a refund too...
I made a payment for 6 months subscription and the payment is also successfully but can't use premium features of the app..
Without getting premium membership this app is good for nothing and even after getting it the app stays the same,no matches.no difference between premium and non members.just a scam for looting money.finding it difficult to unsubscribe as there is no systematic way or option to do it and also no reply from aisle team over the unsubscription process..seem to be in some sort of grandiose delusion..never download this trash on your phone...go out acquire some social skills you would do way better
I have been trying to fix an issue about the get verified which I have clicked around 30 times and it does not get verified, got a response once from the team but still not fixed after several follows emails from my end.
Y'all ain't getting anything out of this app without paying. It's literally a pay to use app. You get invites and can't have a conversation with them without paying. Even tested it out with one of my friends. We both liked each other's profile yet didn't match. If you're willing to pay then go ahead. If not, stick to the traditional method of sliding into dms
I am giving single star because it's not a useful app if you are paid member than only can chat with strangers/perfect match which you like. it's take most of my time uncertainty. Don't install it.
Legit feels like no one ever checks their account after they make it the first day. Using premium services, still no matches. I had better luck with tinder.
Daylight robbery: Paid for the premium package but none of the premium features were unlocked. They took my money and are now not responding to refund requests. Don't get fooled by their PR and social media teams, it all seems like a shady scam to me.
The idea of the app is good. But the app seems complex to use and itself currently has some bugs. For example, even after successfully getting verified twice, the notification to get verified pops up again. And a suggestion as well: In the about section of a profile, there could be an option to remove a particular answer that I set earlier, like if I don't want to share my sunsign now or my height, I should have that option.
