Aix Weather Widget

the previous version was better. can you please restore? it is now very difficult to resize the widget. before you simply had to drag to resize. the new calibrate option is a pain to use. mine defaults to 900 horizontal. I'll have to tap non stop to increase it to 1600 at least. no one size will work for everyone even if they have the same phone model. i try to submit my own settings but it is overridden. there was no problem with the rendering in previous versions. thanks.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, this has been a great app over the years. I haven't been able to find another widget as useful as this one. Unfortunately, it's been buggy lately and it no longer displays weather data. It's a shame to let such a good app go into disrepair! Edit: recently reinstalled, and I am happy to say that the developers have fixed the bugs. The app is working now. It is one of the best, simplest weather apps available. It gives you a bird's eye view of the weather.

This is a perfectly simple widget that does one thing extremely well. If you want a 4x1 widget that displays a detailed temperature and precipitation forecast for the next day, then this is the app you want. A recent fix caused some issues, but the developer was very responsive and quickly fixed the issues within a week.

The way the info is displayed is the best for me. Except that it now only displays notice : Failed to get weather data. It tries 3 times then says it failed. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling. no go. boohoo. Possibility that my 7" tablet is full and purchased in 2016. I haven't figured out how to get data onto the 32gig storage card.

Brilliant widget no longer works after last release 6Oct18. The graphic does not show, though if you touch the empty black area of the screen where it usually appears, you do get taken to Settings. Please fix this broken widget! Now would be a good time to thank you for all your effort to bring this weather widget to your users.

The problem was fixed (within a day!) and it is one of the best weather apps I've seen. Love it! (Recent update (6th October) stopped it showing anything on my Android phone. If you tap the empty space you get settings but tapping APPLY showed a blank screen.)

Quick, easy and awesome. I've used it for years and it is always one of the first apps I install. A recent glitch was fixed quickly. Definitely the best quick glance weather widget. I've tried lots of different weather apps, but none so far have a widget this simple to read.

I've been using this excellent weather widget for many years. First thing I check in the morning. Hope the developer can quickly fix the recent problem that weather data is no longer loaded. Thanks for being very responsive in the past.

It was a 5-star widget but which has served me well for years, then it was updated to 0.1.9.8 and it stopped working entirely. Then it was updated again to 0.1.9.10 and it's working again but the graphics don't fit in the widget anymore. Also it only has a 4x1 layout but Pixel Launcher is a 5x5 layout so the widget is awkward to place tidily.

best weather widget! You can see the temperature change over the day with only one blink :D. The overall design is awesome! However, a little bit of customization would be nice. :) I've been using it for about 5 years. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The sun & cloud icons and rainfall bars have suddenly disappeared from the widget in the last few days, all that's showing is the temperature and time grid lines and numbers - really like this weather app so please can you fix it so it's 5 stars again? Clear, minimalistic and very customizable. You can change colour shade and even transparency of almost everything on the widget. It's exactly what I was looking for and I've been happily using it for over a year.

Excellent widget. I am so sad that the newest version now requires Android 8.0+ and has stopped working on my Android 7.1.1 phone... This is the one app that I am sad to loose. Until today, it also worked on an old Samsung S3 I have been using as a bedside alarm clock.

Wonderful widget. Awesome developer If your widget isn't working I just tried this and it works: try setting the app to the NMET weather source by selecting "Update Settings" in the app menu, and setting "Data source" to "Norwegian Meteorological Institute", before returning to the previous screen and selecting "Apply Changes"

Finally a decent weather widget. Just what I have been looking for. Now it only needs to be able to show next 4-5 days. I'm having the same problems as Matt Lee. It seems like smaller cities often "failed to draw widget".

Great widget, been using it along time. However, the last update caused the widget to disappear. I can still tap the space where it used to be and ill get settings but it's not visible.

The app stopped updating weather data recently. Not sure whether the developer will update it at some point? The last update was 2019. Tiny weather forecast from F-Droid looks like a good alternative, free, open and without ads.

Have been using this for a few years no. It integrates very well into my home screen. At a glance I can see exactly what kind of temperature and precipitation I'll get at home for the next 24 hours. It doesn't have wind (as far as I've used at least) but it has served me well. Recently came up in a conversation and I remembered that I never reviewed it. Easily 5/5 stars from me 😁

Been using this for several years, and really enjoy the 24 hour at-a-glance visual presentation. However since being upgraded to OS P (9) it refreshes data very slowly.

Excellent widget! I set it to 1070x768 which makes it use about half screen (1080x1920 is my screen size) this way the view is very detailed. Below this widget I have a 9-days Meteogram Pro widget to cover the other half of screen. A dedicated weather screen 👌😊. I'm using this widget for many years since Android 2.x and it always worked perfectly. Big thanks to developer, I wish you all the best 👍

After Dec 2019 update the widget is no longer able to get the US NWS data and shows up empty. I hope this gets fixed soon. I used this app for years with very few issues.

Nearly Perfect Widget! I wish it showed the % chance of precipitation instead of the predicted amount. Otherwise, exactly what I've been looking for!
