NUTRITION DIARY
Write down every day what you eat and what you drink to have control over your diet and physical activity. You can save in it what you ate and how you felt after a meal, as well as add a picture of both a meal from outside the menu and a meal from a dedicated menu in your chosen nutrition program. With one click you automatically save a meal from the menu in your diary.

You can also save a dream, its duration and sleep quality, training, its time, intensity and frame of mind, if you use the training timer, after completing your training with one click you will save it in your diary, vaccinations and related problems, you can also add your selfie to document, for example, the condition of your skin or figure during the diet.

In the diary, write down the pleasures that you make during the day, not only the nutritional ones, your sinful things, such as chocolates or cake, and weight measurements,% body fat, muscles or measurements of various parts of the body.

The diary allows you to view history, but peacefully! You can indicate what you want to show your friends or your loved ones, if you do not want them to see the intimate details of your life, just deselect them. They will still be in the diary, but only you will know about it.

The premium diary is synchronized with the server so you will not lose your notes when you lose your device or want to change it.

TRAINING TIMER
The principle of the timer is that you can train at intervals in the background. You can do a TABATA or HIIT type of training, or, for example, a run-up. You set any duration of the effort, duration of rest and the number of rounds. Eg running for 3 minutes and marching for 1 minute. You put the phone in your pocket and the gongs tell you what to do. After training, you will save it automatically in your diary.

DIETETICAL ABC *
It is a glossary of dietary slogans explained in the simplest possible language. If a password is unclear, eg insulin, glucagon, intolerance, you will find it here. The glossary will be updated with new entries every month.

DIETARY GUIDE *
Here you will find the answers to the most searched questions, for example, whether coffee is healthy, if I can lose weight from abdominals doing crunches. The guide will be updated every month with new passwords.

The application was developed by a group of clinical dietitians Poradnia Ajwen and a master chef. Each council was checked on the patients of the diet counseling center, and every dish was actually cooked and eaten.
