Camera function not working on Note 10+ I cannot take pictures in the app. When I try to access the camera it closes back to the inbox screen. I can take a picture with my camera app and then select it from the gallery option in a message. I checked permissions, cleared data/cache, and reinstalled. I am using a samsung note 10+. Any help would be appreciated. I tried emailing the developer but it couldn't be received.
The functionality of this app is ridiculous. You constantly have to rotate the screen to see text. Scroll is not a function. The pop up windows do not function correctly. I am trying to help my dad with this app and even me, a tech junkie, has trouble with it.
This product appears to be integrated with I-prescribe , but it is totally separate and requires one to enter each patients' information individually. I have not been able to use this product as a solo practitioner as it is too cumbersome. My product implementation specialist seemed to ignore my questions and stopped trying to teach me how I could use this product when it was clear that it wasn't integrated with I prescribe.normally I prescribe support is very good.
Great app. Makes communication with patients a breeze and doing it in a HIPPA compliant way is great. I like being able to keep my own personal info private while still being able to communicate. Video chat is rock solid stable.
Rarely works well. Often crashes, loses messages, has locked my phone (Samsung) countless times as it freezes. Useful for what it does but absolutely inconsistent in how it works.
Easy to use telehealth app for providers and patients across multiple platforms. Love it!
The app no longer opens attachments. Documents will say "file isn't available yet"

Very easy to use. Love all of the different groups/channels for Case Management, PSR/BST, Therapy, Psychiatry, Medical, Transportation...It has everything. And if you want, you can privately message individuals. Absolutley wonderful app and well made. I am a very picky person by the way. I taught others how to use the app who were not tech savvy and they understood how to use the app within minutes.
Works only on iphones. It keeps freezing my android.
Keeps asking for internet connection even when I'm on wifi or 5g. Having to refresh everytime to reconnect. Kind of annoying and bad since we use it ay work and it's not convenient since the notification don't come through.
