Like the camera. App plays havoc on my phone. The camera works really well. The app is easy to install, and easy to use, but the app does something to the sound on my phone to make the phone think it's making a call all the time. So music comes through the ear speaker, and it won't let your alarm sound work. If they made it so you could turn that off, everything would be great. Had to uninstall. Update... The issue is with the app, not the camera. The camera works well with the smart life app.

Camera quality is great, the app though can use a little help. That's the only reason it gets three stars, especially on the playback. would love for it to have speed advance controls... I mean if I had time to sit there and watch an hour of video that I can't do in less than a minute or two, then I might as well just stare out my window. Adding that would make this five star...

Works as described for me. Pro's: creating account and registering cameras is pretty straightforward. No real problems there. Important to read instructions. Very important to first format SD cards in fat32. Videos load quickly enough. Video quality is excellent. Interface is basic but functional. Alexa integration works just fine. Cons: Lacks some features, searching video is a pain. Unable to change wifi networks in app, you must reset cameras. Sound is very compressed and needs improvement.

This application blocks any sound output to Bluetooth. After using this app any sound or video app stream the sound to phone speaker instead of Bluetooth. I cannot use my Bose headphones, or car Sync app until I reboot the phone, which is bad, especially when you are driving. Not more than 2 stars unless the issue is resolved.

Wish i could set motion activation times on this app. I had to turn off my motion activation because i dont want it to go off at certain times. I have tree branches in the cameras line of sight. i don't want to reposition to leave the branch out because i think it is perfect where it is at. Please try to add a setting to where i can add time periods for motion activation. Other then that the camera seems to work fine.

The app works how its supposed to. You are able to set up camera to work with Alexa show and have multiple users and cameras on the account. But would highly recommend a different brand sco you don't always have to restart your phone for normal sound output from media. Acts like it it's always in a call therefore cannot use bluetooth or normally adjust volume. Big negative in my eyes.

Does not have access to Google Home. Smart life app is very glitchy Likes to drop wifi though testing my wifii it is very good at the camera Cannot find interference anywhere Motion sensor is very sensitive if set up high. Picture quality is very good. Unfortunately notification of intruder is delayed by the time I open the app I cannot warn him off.

The camera goes offline all the time, I have to keep resetting it and reinstalling the app to get it to work and it goes offline again. Never stays in awful camera, needs updates. I have another one I bought for $50 more and it works great no issues, different brand of course. Fix your camera issues and the app. Thank you its annoying.

The camera is great, but this app is horrible. It would stop my audio from playing in my car because it thought I was on a phone call. It also would not notify me of movements. Get the 'Smart Life - Smart Living' app which is compatible, looks almost identical but works perfectly.

Run away! This app is chock full of bugs that wreak havoc on your Android phone. It disables bluetooth and media volume controls. The alarm and ringer sounds get swapped around and more. The only fix is restarting your phone and never opening the app again. I returned the camera and uninstalled this app.

Nothing but issues with this app Cameras constantly go off line with a signal strength of 97%,?? This should not happen. Emailed, with no response, will be returning. It's a shame, because when it's working, the picture quality is fantastic.

The app works. But it messed up my phone audio. I need to restart my phone everytime I open the app, because I can't use Bluetooth, normal headphones or use call apps because the phone thinks it's on a call all the time. It's super annoyingm please fix it, c'mon

Often it fails to connect to the cameras from the app. It starts encrypting the session, but fails and states that it needs to retry. Which doesn't work. When it connects it is fine otherwise it is a waste. Version 1.0.9

I have asked this before but the app. needs a way to set the alarm motion sensore only at night.... It wont let me pick 9pm to 5am which is when i sleep and need an alarm....it keeps saying cant pick time earlier than end time....that doesnt make any sense...please fix this issue, then i will give it 4 or 5 stars, as it stays connected most of the time. The picture isnt great shen it captures motion, its blured, but maybe an sd card would record video motion?

When I open the App I loose all sounds from phone. Its telling me cznt omit sounds while on a call. I have to restart my phone to hear anything. As soon as I open the App I loose it again. A fix is definitely needed now!. If I could find another app I woild.

The camera wont establish a connection to see the video unless I am connected to same wifi that the camera is using. It makes no sense. It says fails to establish secure connection. This makes the camera useless if you are outside the house.

App messes with volume output settings on my galaxy s10. Seems to be a long standing issue with this app that developers either can't figure out or don't care to fix. Wish the Amazon reviews reflected this issue before I bought them.

Cameras work well when they are not offline. Constantly having to reconnect. Visited help FAQs to share and instructions direct me to a section not listed in app menu. No idea how to share cameras but they aren't showing video so no big loss. Please fix!

Quick, easy reliable app setup. Decent quality picture. Works quite well (barring normal internet lag) with both main voice assistants. Cheap plastic does not seem to be a great choice for outside even with the IP65 rating. Would have given 5 stars for metal housing, Ethernet POE? Definitely recommend though.

App does mess with your phone. Camera seems to work great, just needs a better application so that you don't miss all your phone calls and messages. Probably going to return camera to Amazon.

When it works it's great. But playback fails most of the time. Also when not on the same wifi it cant connect most of the time. Please fix these things or off to another camera.

Apparently this app has some major issues messing with peoples audio. I bought a new phone thinking my phone was acting up, to still have the issue. Come on here and find out it is happening to everyone. This company needs to fix this issue ASAP. Hopefully they are on it already and it happens soon.
