I book an emergency flight from Dubai, I didn't get the flight Itinerary. I called to ask them, there was no answer. I call to demand my cash back. I didn't received It was back and forth. Only for them to send me email that they will process my cash 1-3 days. No respect for customers. This Company is fraud. Please if you don't want to waste your time and pay for another Covid Pcr test or pay for extra cost for another flight booking. Don't do any business with them. I repeat they are fraud!!!

What a useless app. I have booked so many flight tickets from this app and now I can't see my upcoming trips or bookings in the app. It says nothing is booked. I want to download my tickets but can't as it is showing nothing

Worst experience even don't want to rate single 🌟 for this app. As I made booking due to lockdown flight got cancelled and offered me reschedule whatever date I gave simply charging more than 70% of fare which I have already paid just in the name of fare difference, if airline didn't operated was a passenger problem it's clear loot , it was my mistake that I made booking through it😡😡😡 kindly keep a option of zero rating!

IAir ticket is incredible cheap. It was 2000 rs. less than other travel App when I booked the tickets

Pathetic and arrogant post sale service team. For rescheduling a flight the airline does it for free of any charges but these guys will ask you 300rs+ per person. The team is also very arrogant. Don't book travel with this Akbar. Let Akbar R I P :-) *** Updated** Now they are ready to help .. i.e after 4 months of my travel.. this itself shows how slow and lazy in responding to customer query. Btw, for rescheduling travel asked for ~6000 rs. I got it done only for 3k

Worst app. Always shoes payment failed. But the money gets deducted. If we does the payment twice. We need to wait for lot of days to get the payment back. Also on Wednesdays they say that there is no convenient fee. If we book from theirs on Wednesday. It's good to wait for the refund as they don't give the ticket and waits till the fare hike and mails us to pay extra amount to issue the ticket. Very worst experience.

The app is not opening, stuck at the AT logo, Tried several times.

I book one ticket.in the akbar app.everything okay but after seven day I receive one message your flight timing changed only in the message timing change no date mention no call then I direct call to flight call center he solved satisfietion

Worst App ever I have downloaded till now . Customer service is pathetic and till now they have not refunded my amount. If I have a Option of zero star then would like to apply it

DO NOT USE THIS APP.! THIS APP IS SCAM ! don't fall for low price of this app eventually you will end up paying way more ! Google please ban this app.! For me i booked tickets for one time plan ticket nd pdf i git was another plan nd other time !!! This is total scam !

I suggest everyone that akbar travel app is no more safe and trustworthy. I have been using it for years but now from last many months it is not working well. Whenever I do the transaction it never goes smoothly. There are always problems with the payment and ticket confirmation. I booked domestic and international tickets where payment was successful but I didn't get the tickets. they denied any payment for domestic. My account was deducted I lost the money as well as the flight. 👎👎👎

Worst customer experience , booked a refundable booking, the guys don't wanna solve it only, you'll just keep writing long mails only.

One of the most convenient apps for flight bookings. It really has lowest rates and best feature is no convenience fee on Wednesdays. Plus there are additional discounts with promo codes. I also appreciate the fact that they don't have many notifications! Deserves 5 stars without a doubt.

Worst App I have ever used. Sometimes it goes into a loop of the same screen. Each time it shows some weird name as the "Merchant Name". You can't even be sure your amount is paid to the right merchant - Akbar travels. For questions it gives a number to call but the automatic recorded message says to download the App for domestic tickets for a new booking issues on the payment. So weird, can't believe that they don't even check once in a while if the App is having bugs like these.

I have been using this mobile app for booking my flight tickets for quite a long time. I found the app very much user friendly, updated and offering much cheaper price than other companies. I spoke for a few times with there customer care regarding my booking/cancellation and had a pleasant experience. I have shared this app with many of my friends and I recommend this highly.

Akbar travels, what can i say you beauty. The app is super convenient and easy to use. The cheapest flight tickets among all platforms. This app has become my go to portal for all flight bookings. I havent tried it for hotel and tour packages, but I am sure that will be a pleasant surprise too.

Now I am experiencing the problem with akbar travel it's very difficult to get the refund now more than 6 months still I didn't get.

Worst app for booking flight tickets. I applied for coupon ATPHONEPE which shows invalid promocode, however they have offers on this coupon, i still applied and paid payment through phone pe and not received any cashback. Also I can't download my invoice and ticket from app. App doesn't support promo code. Worst app. In the end i'll have to call customer care which took 10 minutes to pick up my call and they shared ticket on email. And sharing about the coupon they said you didn't applied.

If you book tickets, there is a high chance this travels ask for additional money post booking . And they will cancel your booking if you don't respond in 1-2 days. I had very very bad experience with this travel. I don't recommend to anyone .. it's now shift + alt + delete app

Really bad service,the number they have provided in app/website is not reachable. And also I have sent emails but They don't reply. Amount is deducted but in ticket it's showing failed. So the point is, you cannot do any conversation just wait for automation to do you work either in favor or not.

Payment failure error The reason I put 1 star to draw management attention to a constant error happens every time I book the ticket. Customer needs to spend time to call customer service to get the ticket issued. It happens with me more than 3 times and already reported and your staff doesn't want do anything to solve the issue permanently. Please fix the error permanently before losing customers.

Even don't want to give 1 star. Worst ever experience. Ineffective and in efficient organisation. Worst part on ticket issue and refund too. During booking display low price and asking pay extra for issue of ticket. When I cancel ticket refund process will take 45 days. No other organisation takes this long time to process it.

Using it from around 3 years and my experience was excellent for buying cheap tickets. 80 percent of my air ticket I have purchased it from here without any complaint but as I have seen that makemytrip and other keep adding good service like ticket insurance if supposed need to get cancelled, is a great idea and service for costumers for a few hundreds of Rupees for full refundable amount of the airtickets.. I highly recommend you people to keep working for such idea for costumers convenience.

Its was really gd experience booking ticket on akbartravels app. No other online portal can match their price for sure. Overall its excellent and superfast booking experience. zero convenience fee was applied also they provided offers as well. so I highly recommend people to book tickets on this wonderfully designed mobile application. UI is excellent!!!

This app's interface and presentation is appreciated. Easy to book. But soon after selection of flight and updating details of passenger, we cant go to payment page. Have used previous 3 versions and updated, still same. Now i use webpage for booking. Pls look into that.

Behind attractive words, they have (new, weird) terms and conditions to reveal at last minute, such as "We would not process single person visa service, but only for bulk". After collecting all the required documents and needed fees, at the last minute, when I called they revealed it. Fortunately, I called them, instead of sending money, as they guide in the site. Called their callcenter 4 different times, it's always unbearably noisy and people talk in low sound not caring the message is conveyed or not. Had great respect and reputation on them and learnt, they don't care about the love of such a simple customer like me. However, thanks! It's all matter of placing a single line notice in the website & app which saves others time from giving false hope. Such a waste of time!

Being a part of the airline industry I honestly feel the user interface is absolutely brilliant. My first time experience is that the app is equivalent to the largest OTAs experience. Addition of cars , umrah, short vacations at the first go itself is a big win for all of you. Excellent work and now the customer has more options. Just one suggestion " please do keep the experience as lean and clean it is now " as currently its absolutely user friendly. Thanks Jitesh
