Worst app. Developer is Unable to fix issue since years. Completely useless. Missed many trades due to errors.

Worst app ever. First showing ( connecting to server l than after shows ( some exception occured. Please try again later ! )... Sometimes i login but app freeze and sometimes during order it's freeze. I complaint with them so many times but they make lame excuses and said sir please change your wifi, data etc It's my humble request please hire some professional expert person who manage your IT system and fixed all such bugs. Thanks

Software does not work properly every time

Frequent disconnections and server issues. No improvements despite of several complaints. Worse for connectivity. Ok for trading and order executions. No functionality after office hours, even we cannot see our exposure/ positions, let alone placing orders. No portfolio management page to see you current total profit/ loss status. They must develop dashboard type of portfolio management like many other apps have. Seriously thinking to shift to some other brokerage house.

As an investor, using an app that frequently crashes, freezes up, or fails to load is absolutely unacceptable. This is not a game, people invest large amounts of money with AKD & they can't even fix their long standing server issues. Find another broker. Cannot recommend.

It was initially a good app, but now it has become worst app. I am unable to set my "preferred account" as nothing is shown on screen. Due to this, i can't do any trading and can't see my Exposure, Holdings, etc.

App is from 1980s. As slow as the first computer of the world. Bad user experience. Outdated platform. Outdated login method. Slowest app. Very limited features. Too many bugs

Constant Login issues. Even after Login sometimes the values do not appear in dashboard. There is also a server issue, the error keeps coming that server is not responding. Please fix this.

Worst app after updates. Closes itself after any click. Asking again and again Relogin. No finger touch login option. Some time showing message no accuracy exists.we are paying service charges/commission then why Akd not providing us unintrubted service.plz catch the developer and ask him to fix the " server not responding " issue

Really phatatic app as compare to other broker apps,very less features,no portfolio summary,no sub categories of sharea holding,no option to transfer and get credit. Lot of improvement is required

There is no stability. I am facing issue where it gets logged out within 10 seconds and then again re establishes the connection on auto then after multiple auto attempts gives message of session expired.

Very bad experience most of the time app just crashes showing error connecting to server. After 3 to 4 days this happens. Developers need to work on this efficientlt n quickly

Poor app. Repeated server issues, login issues, disconnections. Very basic in nature but stills hangs a lot. Moreover, poor customer support on helpline. I am trying since Monday to talk to their trade officer but cannot get through on helpline. As a whole, AKD is not recommended as a broker.

Connecting to server error persists most of the time, i would higly recommend not to open your account with them. Even the desktop app has issues.

Well for the starter the UI is not very good. Other than that it has server problem with connection getting cancel very quickly.

A lot of log in issues. Re-Log in attepts fail contninuously. I keep saying that that your earlier session is not yer expired. Re-try after a few seconds (Actually hours). Pleae fix this.

Useless app. Not expected from highly reputed AKD Stock Brocker. AKD is not bother to upgrade or replace AKD Tick app in spite of repeated complains. Problems are as under Repeated disconnectivity Login problem Not taking orders when market on rise so that yoy can not sell out. Mostly showing invalid user Or you are already login. Sometimes allowing to enter into pre open market and sometimes it blocked. So on and so forth.

The worst trading application. Most of times, is connecting to server and if luckily connected it remains for few seconds!

Can't find less than a single star rating. Worst trading app ever developed. Always showing server connectivity issues.

Login problems A lot of times I can't login as application says that I am already logged in. When this error appears, I can't see the trading screen/pages. Kindly check and correct this error. Regards Atif Noushad

High frequence of downtime, specially on critical times.which unfortunately depicts negtative side of customerservice level of the company. Otherwise pretty good app.

I love using it. Android app has solved my many trading issues on the go. Along with many technical issues, still is good.

Application is good but most of the time application doesn't respond due to AKD Server response / Server Down. The are the two big issues and needs immediate attention.

Very poor and bad app. Re login again n again and also most of the days the server is not responding. No one knows that when server is out of order and you get lose

Continuous disconnection of akd trade app on my android version 9. I use to login for 25-30 times a day. Just toggle between 2 apps and u r logged off from ur account automatically. Look into this matter.

Bad experience with this app. Literally the slowest app ever. Always hanged up. And server remains down every time. Not recommended.

Horrible app. Keeps saying I'm already logged in when I try to log in. I've even deleted and reinstalled the app. You guys need to make a better app
