Akinator the Genie

I've loved playing this game on and off, and earlier when I was presented with infl about how they now catch people guessing randomly for points, I thought it was awesome. But there's been instances where I would say no to the trap answer, and I would be applauded by the game for not falling for it, then right after, confirm its correct guess and then told it failed the validity check? I'll happily alter my rating if the feature is fixed.

I would love it more if you gave me my credit for stumping the bot. Many time I have thought of a great answer and he guessed wrong the first time, so I never get the points even if he gets it later. I can't control what he asks or what conclusion he makes. Just now I could of got a BLACK medal, but he didn't get it on his first try and that's MY fault!? If you can fix this problem I would totally give you 5 stars.

I agree with what everyone else says - it'd be great if we weren't penalized for the game jumping to conclusions. We should be able to still get points past the first round. I just never continue to see if it'll eventually get it, which takes a lot of the fun out.

Too many technical errors and repetitive question sequences. Also getting more boring now that the computer never gets the answer right, and doesn't even seem to be trying.

It's pretty great, but my ranking keeps getting destroyed by the traps, I just tried to get ozymandias/Rameses II and got rider from fate as the answer they're the same person so I just assumed that it was a luck of the draw. Game is giving me trust issues I don't even know if it's safe to press when he does get it right

Well it said I cheated on every single question, even if it guessed right, and I am backed up with the many people that hate the cheater award - just remove it. Before it said that, every black I got was said to be on the second try, when it was on the first. Basically it is literally so freaky when you want to play a game and you end up seeing glued together rosettes constantly. Also there were so many spelling mistakes that this game needs a REAL update.

it's really cool that this thing can guess just about anything that you're thinking, but I hate that I don't get a reward if it doesn't get it on the first try when I pick a really obscure character. I went through 60 questions so it could get Harry Heck from punisher and it didn't give me a plat because it didn't get it first try

I have been killing time with Akinator since it was first released on the web. Something I think could be changed is how Aki Awards are given out. It told me to put in more effort to have it guessed on the first try, but it was the Genie asking the wrong questions, not me giving inaccurate answers. Shouldn't you get an award when it doesn't guess on the first try because you are providing training data?

I can't even play the game, it sits in the loading screen and doesn't load. My wifi is on, all permission are on too. I am playing on a Oneplus 8 pro. Please help, I payed money for this app.

Where the free version is currently broken for Android v9 since July patch the game will not re-open after first play. This version works great. My one complaint is you will not get credit for answers that Akinator cannot guess on the first try. Believe me, he screws up a lot even on easy stuff.

Can you give an ability to wipe your data or clear your history? I played this in the past, got a lot of Aki awards, then uninstalled the app for space, then when I reinstalled it on a new phone I seemingly have no awards, but then I play a very vague character and it says I already have it?

It's fun but it remembers characters you've tried before. It could be over a year and you still won't get credit for a character. Makes ranked unfair.

It keeps setting "traps" but most of the animals I think of fit the answers I chose. How the heck is my real choice incorrect? I chose the animal!

Fun, magical and practical in you can fool it to name that actor who you recall but not their name. Just answer the questions honostly and consistently to narrow down the choices.

Asks completely irrelevant questions and then infers a random person/object out of the countless possibilities left. Also the app rewards you when you think of something it knows where it should be the opposite.

This app is pretty cool, it guesses right most of the time. Only drawback is that if the game guesses wrong, you don't get any points even if there was nothing more you could have done.

there is a lot of wrong expected answers, I suggest an option where we can give input ,if we feel some question and the expected answer is wrong, after seeing the questions and their expected answer after akinator guesses it.

It's fun enough for what boils down to a visual version of twenty questions. I like twenty questions but, Akinator keeps asking the same questions in the same order.

Great game until you had will smith as the genie in aladdin.. he's not my genie... And he never will be... he tried to step into shoes that were miles too big for him and failed miserably..

I remember getting my first and only Black reward in like 2017 by making him guess Herman Warsaw. It's definitely a pretty fun game to pass the time.

Amazing choose different themes and have your mind read download for sure!

One day after I bought it they removed the trap your friends feature. Please put the feature back in the game

This game, which is a great idea, doesnt seem to run as it should. it asks thirty questions before guessing but it commonly asks the exact same question and its answer is often someone that doesnt fit the answer you gave

i guessed one character and earned a black medal for it. Then it glitched and didn't give it to me.

Mostly good but I don't show up on rankings anymore for some reason... Not about to potentially lose all awards to try and reset it
