This apps is very user friendly. I used to be Akseleran lender for more than 2 years now. But today when I tried to fund some campaign, it shows an error message "terjadi kesalahan pada system, mohon dicoba kembali". Been trying to logout, uninstall and reinstall, still with no luck. And no one can be contacted for this particular matter. Hope this is only a temporary bug.
General speaking, this apps is really good. Have a intuitive UI, easy to open account, and easy to navigate. The problem is for the past few months, I do not see any loan opportunity that i can found. This is the core offering for P2P product. If there are none loan that I can fund, why bother to use the app? Hopefully this is fixed soon.
Got a feedback from Akseleran Team. Apparently the online loans aren't launched yet. But then why they have that option? It's very disappointing. They are giving false hope with that option. Few days waiting for the data to be verified but at the end, such a waste of time. They should take down that option if it's not available. People should know so they are not going to waste their time on this app. Very very disappointed. Gonna delete all my data and uninstall the app.
The interface is really nice and easy to use. But the app is really slow. Even if you activated the auto lending, you not get the chance to bid. And if manually, you even get nothing. The lending project tab never updated, once updated it shows that all lending project is already full. Even if you use the auto lending! So the money is not regulated and only stay in your account âšī¸
Can't even verify my account, Always says that my email/pass are incorrect when I try to do so But I can log in with the same email & pass đ¤ˇââī¸
The best p2p lending platform so far but unfortunately the app is really slow in loading everything. I have complained to their sales via Whatsapp about this issue but she just told me to make sure my internet connection is fast enough, but apparantly not only me get this kind of issue after seeing comment section..

the apps was good, its intuitive and informative. I love this apps cz it has a good credits appraisal, selective, 90% insurance fund, and highest TKB90. but honestly its lack on user experience... I got many "loading" whenever I go. its so LAGGY to move one to another. please I hope you make some effort to fix it in the update. thx :)
In the business side, this app has did a good job. But so many things can be improved and optimized. Especially when fetching data, sometimes takes more than 1 minute. Update 12 Dec: After it's improved so much, hopefully stay as it is or make it even better.
This app is good, user friendly enough. but there are many things that can be improved, such as loading time when fetching data, and longer session to decrease login attempts. Very slow API response, error that make container restart ?
Registration process is very difficult. Keep asking me to re-take KTP photo as it is not clear according to them. The app does not allow to upload from existing picture in your storage which can be clearer as obtained from a scanner. I have withdrawn myself from registration process and uninstalled this app.
The desktop browser page is alright, but this app needs a lot of work. Just generally slow and the variety of bugs makes me rather use my computer.
App is super slow. Please add BNI payment option, or Permata account (non-virtual) so I can use Flip, and remove automatic withdrawal feature. It's a hassle for users who don't have Permata bank account, we cannot just top up and let the money be to fund later unlike other P2P apps.
Quite informative p2p system though there's some late payment, it keeps informing abt the loan status and will compensate majority of its main loan if the late payment is over 90 days, but theres still need improvement to really filter the borrower so late payment won't happen, appreciate the improvement n please keep maintaining the npl.
The app was slow before. After the latest update, it is now slow and keeps forced closing. What a letdown.
One of peer to peer lending app that most convenience, the interest rate is also quite high. I did not do much, but my money works for me.
App is super slow and guess what? Its been like this since my first review on March 2019.. Almost three years without speed improvement. WOW!!
It's a great P2P platform. The UI is intuitive to say the least. Just be mindful of the risk involved. High gain = high risk
What took you so long for approving? When somebody click your application, it means they really really need it. Don't waste their time just for waiting your approval, they will expecting good news from you! Just approve or rejected in short period time.
Apps Ok. Poor Customer Service. Got contacted by CS thru Whatsapp and she asked me to upload kartu eKTP instead of Resi E-KTP from the local municipality. If i would have the eKTPcard at the first place, why would i upload the Resi? The way it was handled was very poor.
Great app, great design, easy to use. I like that you don't have to log in to browse the loan list.

One of the most secure P2P lending platform in terms of repayment. Auto lendingnya very helpful karena projectnya yang bisa dibiayai rebutan, cepat habisnya. My only critique adalah number of projects available kurang banyak aja.

I got stucked in registration process. I clicked "register" repetitively, but the icon keep looping but i couldn't click next. Udah coba reinstall tapi tetep aja kaya gitu. Kok gitu ya đ¤
Why I must re-login every time I open the app? The loading is also very slow. There are p2p lending apps better than this.
Take a very long time to login and everything loading take very long. Hope this can be improved.

Apps is very easy to use, has simple and good interface. I really like the auto lending feature, I don't need to check the apps constantly for new loans. I'm also very impressed with the reminder email about the detailed annual tax report. Kudos! The only thing that need improvement is the apps seems to load slower in the evening. I often got timeout result when accessing loan details after 8 p.m. It doesn't happen in the morning till afternoon though. Hopefully it will get improved soon.
