App has many technical issues...Even before the class starts it is saying that we didn't attend it...it takes up so much space for updates but they r of no use..Every Time there is a technical issue we have to delete and reinstall the app....Please resolve this issue ASAP..😐😐😐😐😐
I am a student And I give the app a 3 stars cause , the app shows and finds a network error even though I am using WiFi , it takes ample amount of time to load and has bugs , Request to fix all bugs and their should be an easier module to access Online Classes And then if their is a server problem with app and if we aren't able to join online class , it shows Not Attended and in the attendence tab also it has been marked absent .
I am a student from lb nagar branch....this app always keep loading and it keeps showing network error even if my network is so good...I can run all the apps in my mobile using my WiFi but this app is still showing network error...I gave it 1 star because I have to give at least one...or else it's not taking the review.....it always shows network error and it only opens weekly once or twice...I can't understand why...I mostly attend classes in zoom due to this app......I hate this app😤.....!!!!
The latest version is too buggy. The option to apply for leave is removed. You cannot upload PDFs of assignments. The sorting option while uploading documents does not work. Search for documents ia not working.
This app is very usefull. But it can be better if it will work faster and nicer. Because sometimes even if my network is on high speed the problem is in the app and I am missing my classes sometimes.
Please upgrade, app very primitive. I am unable to login to app on my OPPO phone and unable to login. I have raised a concern and still no answer. I can select A.S Rao Center but then app vanishes, unable to login. It has been a month. Somedays laptop hangs out due to connectivity issues and unable to login through phone. Really disappointed. Updated as recent as today June 17th 2021, but unable to open app. Really disappointed.
The app is good but it has bugs in it and we can't attend classes bcs of that and though my network is good it shows network issue and also with the help of the link if we open it in my phone the app works but when it comes to classes I only see half of the page and I am not able to join classes bcs of that .
Akshara international school is the best school. The education is excellent. Mainly for 10 th class because they will do much revision easily we can score marks in board exam. Daily we have exercise for our physical fitness. The teachers treat in good manner........... All over it is excellent school.
Sir, When i open the app and tap on the username and password the app is shutting down. I am unable to type the username and password because it is shutting down. This problem is only on oppo phone. Please fix it as soon as possible.
It's the worst app i have ever seen In online classes the Shared screen is not visible and it's screen is filled with black colour,when I reboot the phone the same problem occurs so please akshara solve this issue as fast as posible
Im a student who uses this app for classes and this has many problems to fix in it. It sometimes shows that the network is not working properly even though it is working
Recently we have updated to the new version of the app. It's the worst app. When we connect to the class the screen becomes black and we are not able to see anything Kids are spoiling their eyes
Atom is an useless payment gateway for payment of school fees as it is not showing full payment screen to enter login credentials while using NetBanking facility of my bank. No one is intrested address the issue even after a complaint was raised a year back and suggested me to pay the fees by using alternative methods.
This app is Literally testing my patience....to be frank..the app doesn't function properly if even there is a little trafic in the server....I strongly recommend u people to shift to a bigger server ASAP...and also the app is not handy at all...even a danm high end phone suffers to run this app... hopefully u address the issue ASAP because it is the matter of a students future..
I am a student .I give this app a 2 /5 because when ever I start my class it says restart the app and then close the app . That s why I am not able to attend my classes in my tablet .even it is latest version. I am very unhappy .other all this are fine of app. Plz solve my problem.
I am a new parent. How to login to the app, there is only login via Gmail account and it is saying invalid credentials. There is no other option to login.
The app is very slow. Their is no link to view the recorded classes which are missed due to network issues.
The new update which happened recently is worse because of the new update we can't see the Id and password...and if we login from computer the app is getting worsen...as before if we can see id and the password it's nice to use also nice for us to login in computer...check this once
It is a very good app. Useful for children. But always it is loading. Whatever we open all the time is loading only. For each step nearly it is taking 10 mins. Pls take care of that.
The app is always buffering if the internet is high and the online class section is not coming poreply if we login from that the screen is black but then we will complate to the teacher she or he says that check your network issue but my is network is high but it shows screen is black
I AM a student ofLB nagar branch. it is very usefull for me to study. but its coming middle of the class app is not responding. for many times it is came and it is not clear after updating also.please clear and make like leatest app in 2022.
No proper technical support and specially iOS. Teachers can't understand the issue and give funny answers believe me. Reg teaching quality, Front office say they only deal with money. When I complaint co ordinator, they say they are busy with their classes. VP and principal say they don't have right and they can't help. Lost hope Irritating alerts pop ups. Generic alerts are sent to everyone wihtout checking who are the required recipients. Specially FEE FEE FEE... Everything else ignored.
Apps is good. But unable to print the payment transaction recipts. Have to submit fee details to TDS . Informed but still it is not resolved. Can you have a look on it.
Many network problem with the app and not supported for a schooling app in online class or exam each and every small update is not good enough for the app and not satisfied must be improved .And announcement is repeated many times
It lags alot I have to switch my son's tablet 3 times to make it work and worst of all they don't send you notification if it did send it would be a message from a teacher and it will send like "today your son skiped class"or"today is a holiday take a break and prepare for a exam"something like that atleast online classes are over but still to much lag
app is okay but only problem is if any update is available and if you can't update for some reason the app will not open and you can't access anything in the app.
The app is not working at all recently. It only shows notifications but when we click on it, it crashes
App wise OK, please correct issues in your website terrible experience with this yr version, y u ppl are redirecting page to zoomwebclient instead of Zoom app in Desktop . Latest update giving East Men color effects( in any of Chromium based browsers chrome/edge/opera) in videos , n Raise hand option removed . Video quality is worst in latest desktop version. Plz correct stuff like prev academic year....
