I love AKT! You won't find a better workout out there. The music and fun lights add to the high energy workout. I love being able to tune out & work hard! It's none stop from start to finish. The studio is clean & intimate & the instructors are the best I've taken classes from. AKT Gilbert won't disappoint.

Every one I had contact with that works here is genuinely friendly and caring. There is no judgement. They are awesome at following up with me and ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. I work better with an instructor in a group than on my own. It's a great workout and the equipment is sanitized after each use.

Great app but missing the casting feature. I have to use the online version to cast to my TV. And the online version isn't the same as the app. I really enjoy AKT GO but the app isn't worth it if I can't cast. Working out from a cellphone isn't thrilling.

AKT is honestly the absolute best workout I've ever done. Its never boring, and I feel like it hits every muscle in my body. I used to dread exercise, now I look forward to my weekly workouts.

awesome fun filled workout.. and it's a disco ball.. can't lose with a disco ball. staff is friendly upbeat and super positive and supportive!!

Great app to book classes and view my schedule. The only downfall is that my AKT heart rate stats do not appear after my class is completed. Wonder if it's because it's an Android version of the app?

Doesn't show performance summary on Android phone so no point in purchasing a heart rate monitor. This review is only for the app.

i like that now it tells you with a notification if you are off the waitlist instead of just emailing you.

Great environment and great way to work out without feeling like you're working out.
