I never late paid, but got rejected when i tried the third time, now cannot login to my account. Luckyly i already have no debt with this app.
This app is absolute garbage. I'm logged in and says I haven't paid my debt for months which is stupid because I have, so when I try to open up the debt to see where the heck it came from, it says "I need to download the most current app" which doesn't exist. This is absolute garbage. I have called customer care and they don't do anything.
I tried paying my bills. I have KTA and the installments. But I failed because the app is so lame compared to the old version that "suddenly gone" from playstore. I contacted admin from Instagram and Twitter and sent email to customer service. Guess what, a bot replied. I DID TRY TO PAY MY BILLS. I DID. BUT THE FRIGGIN APP WOULD NOT LET ME.
Just deleted this app. After 3yrs of using it. Simply because they were charging 2 php everyday during covid 19 community quarantine for a installment of 379 monthly I owe from them. When threathend that i will report them to dti, that is when they told me that I have to have it requested despit iatf rules. No notification whatsoever. But when payments are delayed, they are so eager to call everyday, txt everyday just to collect. Just plain heartless. Pls dont utilize this app. Its not worth it.

I always pay my bills before my due date. But now my account logout by itself. And I CAN'T LOGIN AGAIN... The app says, "UNREGISTERED ACCOUNT OR INCORRECT PASSWORD" everytime when i try to login Its been a month. If it doesnt return to normal, sorry I will delete the app from my phone. I very disappointed
