Akulaku - Installment shopping

Akulaku used to be really good and easy to use. I always pay on time and even ahead of schedule. I shop a lot from this apps. Now I can't perform any of these, always rejected and I can't use my limit. Their answer is always the same: "system evaluation reject your request..." aaaalways. I mean what's the use of using system when they can't evaluate properly. Time to move to other apps

Worst apps, there'e a limit in the apps and i always pay on time (they let you used your limit for small amount transaction, funny) but the limit cannot be used and always got rejected. Its better the limit not be shown in the apps if cannot be used

Collection procesess poorly served, almost like terror. Findaya (gopay later) is much better collection procedure. Learn from them if you want to be different.

Unclear scoring system. I can't use my limit credit and pay my bills ontime. And every consultation, cs only provide answer shopping with money and maintain reputation. After paid my bills this month, i will uninstall this app. Useless

After latest update, app always force close, I don't know why. But it's embarrassing. Tried clear cache, even cleared data, it's not working. Damn

I still can't open the app after reinstall it (latest update). I can't pay my loan which due on 31 of march.

I got akucicil for more than rupiah 10 millions but I can not use my limit.... have to do transaction by cash for several times then I can use limit.... complicated compare to few years back... it was easy, simple and helpfull..... better uninstall... I had been with akulaku since 2018....so dissapointed....🥴🥴🥴

In terms of cash loans, I do not have that much issue. My issue is when I order items. Once I ordered a tablet which took almost a month to deliver. When it came in it was pretty non functional. The ports dont work, it was not charging, not connecting via wifi and so on. I tried reaching out to both the seller and akulaku but their customer service is pretty much non existent. Now I'm paying for that tablet though I'm unable to use it. Looks like I'm going to have same issue with my recent order

The worst email support. they don't answer your questions and they only reply with templates over and over again. 17 back and forth email of pure nonsense. they also don't have the option to choose unemployed/housewives receiving remittances from overseas to apply for a credit limit. also, 1st and most probably the last time I ordered an item, it was already open and the seller didn't even respond to my messages! THIS IS THE WORST!

Cant log in to the web..always troubling to log in..n i want to pay..how do i hv to pay????? B4 not problem to log in..even i changed/reset new password stil cant log in...

I was a very satisfied customer of Akulaku back in 2018. This was the time when you never had issues with their installment offers as well as their cash loan. They process the cash loan fairly quick as it only takes 5 minutes for you to receive the money on your bank account. Fast forward to 2019, all you see on their Facebook was negative reviews. My loan application is stuck at processing, CS on the phone told me it will be canceled within 3 days but to no effect. Their FB page is useless!

I've been a valued customer of Akulaku as i have used their services several times with a good credit standing but that great experience turned to an extreme disappointment. Ive been dealing with them for weeks now via email and phone. They still yet to reverse the credit to my account which prevents me to utilize other transactions as its still processing. They promised to cancel but nothing happened. Im left with an idea to no longer recommend Akulaku to my friends, becoming a worst experience.

I was able to get a loan the first time without any problem. So I made a payment days early to renew my loan. It has been 8 days and it still shows as "processing" in the app. No notification or response as to when it will be approved or declined. It has been way past the time that i needed the cash, so i was thinking of cancelling the request. I have been messaging akulaku for days. But no feedback or response. Very disappointing.

Great apps, easy to use,the process is fast and great team support,they will response every questions right away.helpfull, recommeded.

Akulaku is a really good system, i'll give the system 5 star. But the android application still not good in terms of supporting it's system, like search & filtering, address input like when inputting postal/zip code, the user forced to input the code based on previous field(province, city, and sub-district) even though it's not really accurate, etc.

I just installed for the second time. I read many positive comment about Akulaku. I am glad that my application has been approved. I plan to use it in the near future.

I used to have an account and have multiple orders completed on time with no repayment issues and have a 30+k credit limit and now the application is not allowing me to login because I am not in beta invitation list? So disappointing!!!

I've been using this for 6 years, since 2016-2022. So far this app is very helpful... This was my first app that gave me loaning in 2017 when I needed most. What a pity it was long ago. Now they don't provide loaning anymore although I paid on time. Only Installment instead. Anyway, thank you.

Uninstalling the app. Akulaku doesnt have a good support system to fix their problem. A lot of loyal customer with good credit standing was not able to reloan. it got stuck in processing stage and they will not even reply to your email. Their hotline is unreachable too. Believe me, installing this app will only frustrate you as no one will understand or even acknowledge your complain. Everything is just "FRONT" but the actual resolution NOTHING!

I applied for a loan in 12 months installments but was rejected. Then I tried for a 30 day loan and was immidiately approved. The first time I took out a loan, I paid it back way before it was due; but when I tried a second, my limit was reduced by a lot. Does this happen often?

Joke of an app. 1. Items are more expensive than Lazada and shopee. 2. Credit limit system is a joke. - My account since 2015 has the same credit limit. I had asked for an increase a few years ago but I still don't have one when my salary since then had increased many times. 3. Prices when paid using the credit system are VERY EXPENSIVE. Just save up cash so you wont have to pay for an already expensive item with high rates. Or get a credit card and wait for 0% interest deals.

It's a good app, cash loans are quick you just need to wait for your registratiin approval. I just hope the length of payment will be for a month cause the interest is too high for a 15day due.. Also, kindly fix your price especially on the downpayment and monthly amount on your items. It changes whenever you hit buy. It's not the same from the first time you see the item add

it is a great app, so far. I've downloaded the app, tried to cash loan, and it was approved within 48hrs. i even tried their mobile top-up and it's very convenient, you don't need to go to a loading station and go outside. I've ordered a headset and let see if it will be delivered within 48hrs. keep up the good service Akulaku!

I already paid the bill, but customer service keeps calling me and asking me to pay again. I ignored it for about 15 days and when I checked the bill it was still there and showing the fine

Been a regular customer and no missed payments for like a year. I'm no longer able to make installment purchases because I was not able to make ONE payment on time due to the lockdown. Like seriously, you can verify that even the only payment method I was using was not available at the time. They waived the late payment fee though, thankfully.

Been using this app for a year now and before I never had problems with their cash loans until the past three months. I dont know what happened, but it always tells me that i have an incorrect beneficiary bank account, which is puzzling, because i have always used that account for the loan proceeds before. I've always paid BEFORE the due date so this is rather disappointing. By the way, their hotline is USELESS, tried calling so many times but always redirected to email/chat thats also useless.

This app use to be fast and reliable. I had a few concern and it remains unresolve. My cashloan credit limit has not increase even with one or two instances of delay. My installment purchase no longer works even if payment has been updated. I had a refund of 650 for an order that was canceled and never got feedback on the status. I would love to recommend this to friends but now Im hesitant to do so. I hope they can address or has plans of addressing my issue at all.
