Al Ansari Exchange TravelCard

Exchange rates rip your money! Recently signed up and found exchnge rates used in this app is ridiculously high. Service agent never told this. I switching to another provider gives much better rate and no joining fee. Bye bye Al Ansari exchange

The app was working perfectly before and something happened I believe from either the backend or a bad code and now it stopped working. Please solve this issue. The developer is owned by a company that is in liquidation stage (Wirecard AG). I guess if AlAnsari Exchange care about their customers they need to quickly transfer development to another company.

App doesn't allow you to sign in. Just purchased a prepaid card and I get a 'connection error please update the app' popup. And there's no update on the store and no clear way to set up an account online. Stay away from the app and Al Ansari. Check the other comments to see the same issue repeated across months.

Most disappointing. I brought the card, thinking about the convinence of not having to carry money. The only convinence is for Al Ansari exchange, in the fees that THEY get for letting YOU use YOUR OWN MONEY. I try online payments, that gets rejected. I try funds transfer, that gets rejected. Cash withdrawal is too expensive fees-wise. So basically i paid for this card, and MY money is locked to ME. You are much better off transferring the funds to your overseas account (if you have one).

Very Very bad app. Registration never work after several entering card number error message try again something went wrong!! I tried using it in the past and faced toooo many problems and the company has one of the worst support. It deserves less than one star

I'm trying many times to log in to enter the app and check my account but no response and it keeps saying: "Connection error Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app." But the app is updated so Where's the problem? If I can give zero star or maybe minus stars I would give but unfortunately at least we should give one star to post our review, so please try to solve this problem as soon as possible or I should stop using this app and decline my card.

Too bad. Just after i finished installing the app, i tried opening it but i couldn't get access into the app. The response i got was; device compromised. That, the application has been locked down. But why?

My card keeps getting deactivated without any warning!!!! I have been sending emails since over 10 days but zero response from the Al Ansari Exchange Travel Card staff!!! I'm stuck without money in Europe and they are not realising the urgency of this situation!!!

Please if you want to do a smart app,Do it in a proper way or dont do it . The app it. self is not objective it is a tool. I tried to use a gain no change and there is no changes, same problems.

it shows, "your device appears to be compromised". i ran a security check and it says device is secure, but the app still won't work. hope this issue gets fixed.

Logged out of the App,, it says to make sure to use the latest version, while there is no updates available,, This is ridiculous,, i have my money in the Travel card, how will use now.. Al Ansari Technical Team,, kindly check this software issue !!

Can't use this app because it say my phone is compromised, it's new phone!!! Is this a joke???! I had to use e-dirham and I was happy with it, sadly it's discontinued for individuals. I forced to use this travel (disabled) card

I'll give -0 zero rate actually coz this is the very bad and worst app...i've encountered...even you uninstalled and installed nothing else matter!!!!!waste a lot of time &money..how al anzari exchange introduce this kind of transaction app..please fix it the problem...

Very stupid way to enter your DOB😡 I have to swipe back month by month for 46 years to chose my DoB and then enter the password to end up with Un-continued process (confirm bottom not active) and I repeat this story many time for same ending!! 👎👎👎 now Am outside my country I can't use my NEW card (it become with wrong pin code) and this app not active Useless west of money and west of time

I cannot register my card as it keeps on saying connection error, how can you use this overseas for travel if you cannot access your account and be able to have your own password..whats good though is you can use it to purchase online and use on shopping.

Horrible! It takes hours to log in. Every time I open I have to change password as the previous password is not going through. What's the matter of this App?? It should be convenient! But it's very TIME TAKING!

I downloaded the app to register my new card but it keeps saying error connection please make sure you are using the latest version. So how will I be able to use it, if it does not allow me to enter the app!

I Don't know what is the issues already using latest version of Al Ansari Travel Card but why suddenly log out and not working also when try to re login its showing please use upgrade version? What the upgrade version? Where is it? Reply me anyone please.

Once I login it gets stuck and full white screen! How can check my balance! I'll travel in 2 days and I am worried how to check up my balance and payment history! Very bad. Please check your application to be able to use your travel card!!

I just bought this card and loaded it at al ansari. Went home, downloaded the app from the link sent to my number from them, i hit the register button and its saying "connection error, please make sure you are using the latest version of the app" .. Are you kidding me ????????

Every month or so there's a new issue either it tells me to update although it's updated or that the app isn't working and it makes it impossible to deal with since am out of UAE the experience is horrible

Very bad APPS.... How could u update your money inside your card.... Before its good, but when they update the apps.. Soooo bad u can't log in.. Please AL ANSARI EXCHANGE COMPANY. CHECK YOUR IT PROGRAMMER inside. If they sleeping while doin the apps update... It's 2021 now. Since 2020..apps can't log in..

i register on this card last january 3 at first i feel so happy for i can use it anywhere. after then everytime i pay on this card alwys do not honnor i am soo disappointed !!! i cant use it.. and problem still have money on it

Excellent card but there is a problem of WiFi on all their cards it will only work in 2 or 3 successful scans out of 10 tries I called the call center but they always blame the Central Bank... I have other cards from other banks they work 100%

So the app is showing device compromised, even though the device I'm using is Oneplus 5T and it's still in the original state, which means no root has been done or anything software related to compromise the OS.
