We need to add a pop-up windows before deleting any message to confirm before deleting and an undo option as well.

I don't know why a school should select such bad Application for communication with parents, unless the school doesn't want to get a feedback as the application is a mono way messaging, a simple sms is better than it, I will not pay a cent in such poor app

Very bad application.It's the first time to see an application that's supposed to serve the parents with fees.

Not reliable, the change process from channel book to it managed in unprofessional manner, the app crashes a lot and the speed is low. Also the school staff don't reply . It doesn't deserve 200 let at all

I'll not pay by force for this service twice, the school already collected the fees including all services and the school said that it's free service also from the beginning of applying this application they forced us to use it compulsory.

Paying for communication with my children school Which is my default rights! Go back to the manual channel book with all the time and money to print ,attach every day homework and announcements. Technology is meant to save time and money not to increase it. Spending around 40k $ USD each year for communication is too much!

I'm so excited for this application

App should load everything every time we open it and lose many MB and causing delay and. When make filter and return from any msg it remove the filter. When scrolling to a certain range and enter the msg and revert it go upwords. Complaints for different departments is not visible to CRM for followup process and ensure complains handling. And many many other technical issues in design. Homeworks is by scanned papers of pictures must be a complete entry from the app. I hate this app so much.

Very user friendly and reliable. Need to create a list sorting icon and ability to mark as read or unread msg.
