The new update pushes u to accept sharing ur personal data with third parties in and outside UAE, with no option to choose otherwise Poor credit card services through app, u can't submit a request for applying a supplementary cr card, seems u have to visit the brach to do so.
I love that every thing is accessible on the app. Call Centre staff are polite, quick and real troubleshooters. The fact that there is no minimum on the account is what kept me all these years. My only pain is the tieup with brands and loyalty points like Etihad and ADCB. Unfortunately though the app has been closing down quite often.

The App is almost perfect that you can transfer and pay all your bills easily.. but the only thing that i cant control my kids account (Minors) cause sometime i need to transfer from their accounts as per as their request. Hope developers will add an option for the parents which facilitate all needed actions. Thanks .. plus pls send the customers sn emails or sms telling them about the new options
Bravo!!!!!! The updated version is fast and smooth lag free easy to use, the entire interface is simple and easy to use and frist time registering is easy. Great clean minimal interface done right by al Hilal bank.
Best service and experience with an online bank till date. I never had to physically visit a branch yet and still everything i need is always taken care of, especially that they provide phone customer service not like other online banks who only give you chatting option. Also i love the complete control over my cards, like having my card active for shop purchases and ATM withdrawals but disabling online transactions and abroad purchases only. It gives me huge peace of mind.
The app is very good and very easy to use. You need to add other options only for the reasons of transferring the funds. Other than that the app is perfect. Best online banking I have out of four banks I'm dealing with. Thanks to Al Hilal.
I am using this app for the last few months. The service and the response time is wonderful. Using its card for shopping, online purchases, other transactions and even transferring money via international remittance. The best thing is your can use it through any ADCB atm 🏧 for free of cost. Highly recommended.
It's easy to use but i had to pay a lot to transfer to international transfer...

am getting error " Your device doesn't meet the minimum Security requirments" although device not rooted and got password and fingerprint and then the app not responding. I tried factory reset but still same issues. waiting next patch then I will give more stars.
Banking service is good enough but need to improve/develop this App's design and user interface. Need to make it more attractive & user friendly as like Liv. or Mashreq Neo apps. Need to add options for International money transfer and more utility billing services.🙏

Its good for a zero balance account, but i hope there will an additional slot supprately in the app to save some money as deposit for the future, am not sure if its available most of the banks, but hopeing. Worth a try if its available
Basic functions. Lack of clarity. Too many missing functions. Transactions history is not enough. Transfer is missing many useful info.
All good. But Please add some update like for email and contact detail upgradation options directly from the the application. Over all it is very good and easy application.

Very limited options and services to use and not have good futures as other banks application, very poor low and bad services. Soon will close all my accounts with this bank.
