The previous versions of this app had the best load time. This one takes too long to show it's animations which cause an unnecessary delay and increases load time and hence should be rectified immediately. Also in the previous version as soon as an SMS log in code was received the app would autofill that passcode and head straight to the Home Page whereas in this version or rather in the current versions you have to input it manually.

So far the application is working well.. but I didn't like the move of automatically logging-out the user once he / she closes the app and reopen it.. If there is an option to keep the password saved, this is gonna be way better, Thank you!

It is really very easy to navigate even for internet banking first time users like myself. I used the app to activate my credit card and it took just a few seconds. Thanks to Al Rajhi bank, glad to be your customer. Shukran.

I truly love and enjoy the app, it's an amazing helpful app, but this last week it crashed, so slow and now I can't even log in. will you please check what's wrong? And the auto read for the messages is no longer available.

I've used many banking applications in the past, and in my experience I would rate Al-Rajhi app as the best banking Apps I've used. the design is simple and straight forward while being modern.

it's need to improve, i can't add international beneficiary without visiting local branch, after update It not get OTP code automatically, i had to put it manually all the time. otherwise the app is ok, plz fix the problems.

Nice application except two things that you can not get name of beneficiary in transaction history plus history shows in SAR only and not in beneficiary currency. e.g I can not know from history how much and how many times i sent money to any specific person in Pakistan since i have started sending him from Al Rajhi bank. Even the website for desktop would show for last two yesrs or so only.

I downloaded this application in my mobile and tried through system for first time to register this, showing in mobile, bad credentials even I entered right information and in system shows profile suspended, and to re register. But no option for re registering. And I visited bank, cannot solve the problem by staff.. Why so and what to do?

If we consider IOS version it is a good application, but for Android it needs some care. I tried again and again to add an international beneficiary but I couldn't do that every time I tried.

I am struggling while adding new beneficiary for international remittance as once I open drop down box of currency selection nothing appears over there and due to that non currency selection I won't be able to proceed further. I have complained online as well and my case number 6245000. Kindly fix my problem. Thanks.

Need to add an option to add international transfer beneficiary and activation within the app, as the present procedure takes a lot of time to do this. If added this option, without second thought this Bank app will be the best in industry..

Interface is nice but animation became bit heavy while loading. It is supposed to be lighter mode.

Worst app alrajhi not useful at all specially when going to add international beneficiary and you done every thing and going to save they will send you OTP but it doesn't work,, gives error I have tried more them 50 time,,, مافي فائدته خدماتكم سيئة جدا الراجحي برنامج زيفت،،،😖😖

after launching the app i got the offers tap in my notifications feed, and it cannot be closed, had to force stop the app to ger rid of it, its not a good thing that i have to force shut the app every time i need to check on my bank account

It's a great app. And all works can do within seconds. Really you bring the banking services on finger tips.

Very slow. The previous update has made the app very slow. Ruined a good functional app to a slow loading app.

It need in update to make it more smoother and easy to use also they need to do something about longing in every time ineed to use the app, if I log in once that's it.

Nothing to complain about other than a bug that prevents you from ordering a new credit card, but you can do it in the rajhi web site instead. Useful and easy.

again auto-fill sms is no longer available in android version since last 4 updates . !! it's supported in iPhones app which was not before the last updates. I have no idea when are you going to fix that??

To be honest I love your guys app. It's very prescient and useful. I love the security features and I overall think you guys have your self's an amazing banking system on your app!

too much user friendly, plus ease of access. not even disconnected during network change (from WiFi to sim or vice versa)

Its give us an easy and convenient way in paying our monthly bills and selecting other option example in buying a celpon load..very helpful and convenient.

After the update, the auto SMS retrieval now is gone! Also, the annoying intro. is just a waste of time!

Wonderful experience using the app.. Easy to handle but after updating the app unable to operate international beneficiaries. Kindly fix this issue ASAP
