Al Rajhi Mobile

Ever since the update the app hasn't been running as smooth or easily like before and my phone is top of the range. Although recently for the past two days I've not even been able to open the app it just shows the logo and never changes. I've restarted and all and still no change. This has definitely been my favourite banking app but recently it's just not the same, very disappointed.

As an Expat, getting used to the terminology has been the hardest part. Opening the account in the branch was made easy by the fantastic team working there. This just confirmed why the bank and systems were the right choice. International transfers made simple 👌

I'm very happy to use this app because I can transfer money at any time. No rush, no queue no wasting time & easy to use. Thanks Al Rajhi bank. 2021.01.11 The updated App is fantastic. I can add beneficiary form the APP without going to any branch. Wow......I like your banking system. Best in the Kingdom. Today 2022.05.22 Many people complain about issues in the APP. But I don't have any issues. Update to the latest version time to time but all run smoothly. Thanks Alrajhi Bank.

It used to be smooth. Now it's laggy, slow and touch events takes longer to return response. I'm quite positive that there is a memory leak somewhere, please re-review performance related tests. We use the app in a daily basis, it starts getting annoying.

Extremely bad. The app doesn't login or open and keeps saying new updated version available when I already have the updated version installed. They started having problems with their website too a while back and when I called to complain they made it so difficult to actually file a complaint that I was forced to stop. This company needs to get its act together and actually make user friendly apps and websites.

Edit: App isn't working now. It shows that my device is rooted but it's not rooted. The previous version was better in displaying summary and sums of transactions for a given period. I can't even set filter to a certain type of transactions.

I used this apps for more than a year, but since I was updating this apps into latest version I can't sign in even I tried several times to uninstall and install but its the same when I'm going to open it, I can't sign in and auto close by itself. unlike before the old one apps.

New update is very bad. The application crashes. It became much slower. It shows that my id expired in notifications. Once I go to the settings it shows that it is updated.

My experience with this app is not one that I would be proud of simply because it refuses to log me in saying that I made 3 wrong login attempts. I updated my password and it worked on the bank website (munasher) on both my phone and laptop, but it didn't work on the app. Up to date, it's not working. I tried almost everything but in vain.

Last update is so bad, so laggy, sometimes unresponsive, it's a very bad experience.. always disappointed by this app everytime they try to enhance it another issue raise up. Please we just want a smooth app.. I don't want to press the button 3 times till it response!

The worst update ever. Each time I wantvto open it. It keeps saying update I click update and open it doesn't open at all. If there is a zero rating or half a star I won't hesitate to give it.

There was error in international money transfer in my account. Their application clearly says that my transection daily limit is 75,000, but even I was unable to transfer money UpTo 20,000 per month yes I write per month. Every time error come you exceed your daily limit. I contacted them on all of their helpline portal in 8 months. I contacted them more than 100 times. Wasted my time and money, but these people keep on making their own customer fool. Alrajhi Bank is not bank of future but past

Great app one of the best in the market, there is an issue with International Bank account transfers via the app it gets rejected unfortunately you have to go to them physically

it is indeed so nicely and conveniently easy with only few taps on my phone in transferring money through this app locally and internationally. i love it! thank you Alrajhi Bank

Was experiencing good and satisfied with the app until last updated 11/3/2022. Now I am unable to login to the app since last update. Every time I open the app to login to my AlRajhi account the app doesnt respond or shuts down its self. Treid every thing, uninstalled and re-installed the app, nothing worked at all

Very bad experience from the last version... It keeps loading for the account and doesn't show the account,, i couldn't make a transfer for about 5 minutes.... Fix this issue

I can't log in on Android!! I can't type any special character in the password after the update!! It is been a month and this issue is still not fixed!

Excellent but i hope in transfer u can edit the recievers name or amount and also u cancel it if u dont want to send the money unclaimed so we dont need to go again in the bank just to change the name of reciever or cancel the money i sent

In my previous review I said it's the best mobile app of any bank. Alas! Can't say that anymore after the update! Now it's slow, buggy and doesn't work most of yhe times.

New update is so confusing, don't know where my VISA card is, it tells me to apply for one which I already have one, there's no need to move things and options, now this app is no use.

always updating,but updated issues is not working,now its sahs new update release,but when tried to update,it wont.Its just open the apps,but cannot open the apps

It was working excellent. But after updated to 5.0.3 on 4th April 2022 it is not working. Even app not opening. My mobile android software version is 6.0.1 but can not open application. Plz fix ASAP.

The app has gone highly non responsive. In fact, for the last 12 hours, there is nothing on app's screen, just blank 😳

التطبيق غير واضح وصعب الاستخدام وبطئ جدا ويتداعي عند محاولة القيام بأي عملية تحويل أو سداد. The new application is totally unclear, difficult to use, very slow and, even worse, crushes regularly!

Extremely very bad app.. hanging and slow.. when I update my national address not updated it's showing errors.. worst app ever seen in my history

I moved Tawhweel to Al raji this app, Which can only transferrable already register beneficiery., If you add new beneficiery it can not transferrable also takes 3 to 5 days money return and they charged processing fee around 16 riyals in saudi.. This is totally rubbish not transferred but charged amount not fair at all
