The new update doesn't even allow the app to load the home page.
This app is pure garbage. Links don't work. Sending an email requires filling out numerous fields that aren't applicable. Has anyone at BcBs actually tried to use the app?
Aweful useless app, will not allow you to login. Keeps saying information is incorrect when it was just changed. Needs to be fixed
App is useless. Won't log in even tho certain correct info because can log into website just fine. Used the app a few years ago all the time but has been a continually problem since then. I'm just uninstalling and making a shortcut to the webpage. Update after response. Reinstalled to see if working and same result. Still won't allow to log in. Website still works fine. App is still useless.
I just installed this app on my chromebook. It allowed the install. When I click on any of the catageories it starts to change the screen and goes right back to the options page. I sure hope they fix it soon. Love me chromebook! Trying to save phone battery so I wanted to put apps on my chromebook I use on my phone.
I have never gotten it to open. If there was a minus star, I would use it. 01/13/22. Still can't get it to work, tired of wasting my time!
This app is useless. I set up my account and every time I try to log into the app, the app returns to the login screen with no error message. It's an infinite do loop! frustrating. I quit!
UI seems broken. Won't even allow me to update my address. I had to call customer service to do it over the phone instead. After uninstalling/reinstalling, the app doesn't even recognize the change.
The app does not let me logon. I try to logon with my finger print it processes and then logs me out of app. I uninstalled the app. I did a restart on my phone and reinstall the app from play store and I still get logged out of the app. Your attention is necessary to fix this bug in the app.
I have to use the app to claim my medicine. Twice when it has updated the area for claiming meds was moved and I had to hunt it. Also it crashes all the time. I'll be putting in meds and it just closed and I have to start all over again.
Asks for your date of birth... FORCES you to use a calendar date selector. You can't just enter a date, you have to pan month-by-month back through time to your birthday. It is ridiculous, unless your under a year old.
Screen often goes white without continuing to next screen. Icon buttons either don't work or have incredible lag time. Cannot make a payment through app.
I'm trying to change my password. It keeps telling me the answers to my security questions are wrong when in fact I KNOW they are right. Piece of garbage. Uninstalling, waste of time
Magnificent!!! This app is very essential, convenient and easy to use. The insurance prices and rates are awesome. I recommend this to everyone. 😘

Told me i was already registerd. Ive never used this app. Also told me my birth date was invalid. I know when i was born. Please fix this app. I uninstalled that app. Will try again later.
The app is useless because the database is useless, down about 50% of the time or more. The web page is just as useless for the same reason.
The app wants my health data and to remind me of an appointment. The calendar and journal is sufficient.
clicking on the Health questionnaire leads to a white screen. same with many other links. aside from virtual id card, worthless.
The app keeps telling me my information is wrong but I can log in on the web with it. This has been going on since end of December.
App won't accept my username/password combination, even though they work properly when using a browser.

Hard to navigate and everytime I click a link like the benefits booklet PDF it says the session is timed out and to log in again and then get the same results. Worthless!!!!
