The concept is good . The finished product is poor. I've banked with ACCU for more than 20 years . The app need to show the deductions on the checking account 's. It's not as easy to navigate as it should be . And when the bill pay system is up you should be able to remove accounts from bill pay .

This app is the only way I can keep up with my money. The app is great WHEN IT WORKS. It constantly tells me my credentials aren't valid, kicks me out of the app in the middle of something just randomly. And sometimes I have to go just delete and reinstall the app. I have a newer Samsung galaxy so I highly doubt its my phone.

I haven't experienced any problems with this app, the user interface flows very well and the features that I use work almost flawlessly. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would like to see a running balance next to the transaction amount. Once that is implemented, I'll update my rating.

I use my debit card everyday and this app to move money from account to account, and to check that the debit deduction is correct. Never a problem. If you're looking for a small bank with big bank options, Alabama Central is the place.

Everything went great today when transferring from co to saving, I would've given 5 stars but last week I called to fix password. I know I aggravated them calling about this issue so she was rude to me by saying 'here this is your sign and your password. The word I just gave you IS your password. We have been with the accu for 41 years......I don't know who she was but she could've been nicer.

Very easy to use

Works great if you can keep it from needing your username and password, I put in the correct info and it says it's wrong. I have had to call the bank to reset ,then I have to do new password everytime .

I had this app for years I never had any problems with it except for know it won't load any more on my phone it tries to but it kicks me out of the app

It is a virus and will crash phone causing to purchase new phone with the amount of damage it does. DO NOT INSTALL!!!

love it when it works, hate it when it stops at inconvenient times and won't start back up.

I have a lot of issues with it. Had to uninstall many time for it to work.

None of the buttons are working now! Aggravating to say the least.

Worked good for a while but after the update it just crashes

Extremely dissatisfied customer I'm in another state and my money is being held ransom by your banking institution and that there is no one who can help me because it's a weekend I contacted you after-hours associate and was informed that it's because I exceeded the transaction limit for the day I need a tire for my vehicle the work is done but I can't leave because I can't pay I my family with my a toddler and a 4yr old and I cannot pay for my car nor anything

great but I think it should have the rounting number on the app....

It is a little harder to navigate.
