Alabama CU for Android

Its very easy to use and I love its simplicity. I use it multiple times per week and have had absolutely no issues with functionality, zero. The only time I've had to reach out to customer support was when my phone had an issue and the assistance was first class. Great bank, great app. Thankyou ACU. Unless something changes, I'm a customer for life.

WORST APP! I've uninstalled app and reinstall several times because I keep getting a popup notification to close app due to it stopping. I now have to go to apps to "force stop" after each time I try using the app in order for the notifications to stop popping up constantly. My balance is NEVER correct and it takes days before it updates for me to know my correct balance. I absolutely HATE this app!! Many times the app shows N/A or no balance or transaction history at all. That's not comforting!

The app used to work great and was very user friendly. In the last few weeks, it will not always load, gives error message and does not go to login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success. This is quite frustrating. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

There are a few things that need improvement with this banking app. It would be nice to schedule recurring charges, such as loan payments so you would not have to do it every month or so. To inquire about recent transactions on my alabama credit card, I am transfered to another website and have to sign in again with a different password. I use to bank with ascend federal credit union and got spoilled to their website which was very user friendly where all your banking was done on 1 website.

Since the newest update on 10/31/18 where you "fixed some minor bugs" my app wont even open. It immediately crashes and I've tried deleting it and downloading it and it just keeps crashing. Stop fixing things when they're hardly broken and leave well enough alone. At least 2 days ago I could see my balance now I cant see anything!

This app is great...I am informed by text my daily balance, deposits and withdrawls. It is easy to navigate and I can preform transfers, make payments, deposits and more. If you use Alabama Credit Union as your banking institution, you can't go wrong using their app.

I love being able to access my account but I constantly have to uninstall and/or restart my phone to view my account on this app. Most times, I also get into the app and it says "N/A" on every account I have. So I then have to uninstall or wait it out & try at a later time. I have been in contact to let my local branch know this as well as the ACU hotline. I am an android user so not sure if that's the problem or not.

App is unstable and rarely works. Dropped to 1 star because they seemed to have forgotten it even exists and have not fixed it in months. Doesn't work at all unless you feel like uninstalling and reinstalling it every time you use it.

This app stinks and you would think by now they would have figured it out and fixed it. One day it works great, the next you're opening a blank screen. You have to uninstall it and reinstall it to make it work. This has been going on for a while and is happening for frequent now.

Used to work but now it doesnt. Tried uninstalling several times. When it did work it was not user friendly. You had to go to multiple pages to find out things like your intrest rates on loans and payment due dates, etc.

Glad ACU launched this app helps me do some of the basic activities on the App. I haven't tried a lot of the features available. Still has bugs and crashes more than I would like.

App keeps closing. Bought a new phone thinking mine was just too old to load the app, but nope App still doesn't work. Very frustrating, need to get this fixed asap! Update! App still doesn't work almost a month later! Please get this fixed!!!! So apparently I can log in if I use an IPhone. Get this fixed for Android users please!!!

It hasn't worked for 2 weeks... it use to work fine. It wasn't the best banking app but it was good. This is why I'm still giving them 3 stars for now. If this problem continues my rating will go down. Its been a month since the above review and the app is down again for Android. Someone using Apple devices can still access the app. Its been down for over week so far this time.

Since yesterday I can't access any of my banking info. The app crashes or stops responding. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't get the app to work properly. Very inconvenient.

I love the app. Had it about six months. The only thing I really don't like is everytime I am on another app or on the internet, Alabama CU app keep popping up in the middle of everything like something is wrong with it. Everytime I exit out of it and go back to what I was doing, it pops back up interrupting what i was doing. I am really tired of this app doing that. I don't understand. My app is up to date.This needs to be fixed.

The app has been pretty reliable since I've had a bank account with ACU. However an error with my bank account is stopping me from giving 5, mainly because when there is a problem with the app it seems to be irreparable and a consistent bug.

11/25-Update. Still a 1 star review. The functionality and seamless flow of information is VERY limited. Cannot use external accounts to pay mortgage so have to remember to transfer $$ ahead of time into account or go by the branch. Just not convenient. Guess RFCU gets to keep me a while longer.

Took me two weeks to try to upload a check. I had to bring it into the office and all they said was the image was bad. But I showed them my screenshot & they said it was a good image they are not sure why it doesn't go through. Very frustrating. Very annoying.

Very easy to use. Occasionally sign in is not available during system updates but usually is available during banking hours. The camera option to deposit checks is slick. Highly recommend this app.

I love using the app but it's so bad. It's always crashing; I can only sign in half the time; my phone tells me to delete it because it doesn't seem safe to it. It needs a complete overhaul. Please fix it!

I can't really rate it because I'm unable to even sign in on the app; I put in my info, click the 'sign on' button and nothing happens - like it doesn't even register the click.

The transfer service works well, and I can view my account in a basic sense. Several of the tabs dont do anything so that's disappointing and perhaps a phone listing for the individual branches would be a nice addition

App constantly crashes. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, doesn't help. Logs in, then just shuts out of app. Have to just log in via desktop version.

I freaking hate this app. Every time I put my access ID and password in, it keeps saying error!! I had no problem login in before and it accepts my ID and password with online banking, but not in the app😕

Worked amazingly before. Now it allows me to login and crashes. I've tried restarting my phone and deleting and redownloading. Nothing is working.

Keeps crashing. As soon as you log in, it crashes. I just joined this credit union, and since I do all of my banking online, if this is not fixed, I will be closing my accounts.

Crashes every time I attempt to log in on Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Uninstalled app and tried again a few weeks later with same issue. App is completely unusable.
