This app sucks! The old one was sooo much easier. This one takes forever to load. The other one had real details of your transactions, so if you saw one you didn't recognize, you could click on it to see who your money went to. When you click on a transaction now, it wants you to categorize it as if you're registering it in your checkbook. What's up with that?

This new update suck with passion! after trying several times it finally let me into my account with the same information I had all alone.... Needless to say when I got in I hated the setup and it takes forever in the day to show my purchases. I would like to know my balance on time so that I can budget my money but its hard to do when u can't see my spending until 2 days later sometimes more.

This new app is horrible, when you slide up to see the transactions the menu button pops up then send it back to the top of the transaction list. The old app was so much better fix this, thanks!

App will let me into my account. Only tells me the amounts i have in my accounts but won't let me see any transactions or anything else. I have deleted and reinstalled hoping it would help. But no it doesn't. Im thinking about just deleting all together. Its useless if i can't use it.

Just Awful! I went to the website and logged in since I've been unable to access my accounts via app. I don't like the new setup. I don't like having to categorize every purchase so that I recognize it. The app will not let me in. I guess the app is worthless and I'll only be able to access the accounts through the website from now on?

It works fine on my phone, but every single time I try to log in on my tablet, it crashes immediately and I don't know why. Very frustrating. But the redesign is nice, when it works.

This is the only bank ive ever been able to acturally like,They deeply appreciate you.They also have car insurace home 'life'i think I just know you can bundle and pay all at one place that is directly deposted ,from your pay check,gov.check, or any check you my get. Id rate them a perfect 10!

This app stopped displaying my transactions several months ago, despite attempts by the technology staff to assist and resolve. It's now only useful for displaying account balance!

Huge improvement over the last app which was basically unusable. Easy to use and UI looks good

Why do yall keep making so many changes that only makes things Worse and more difficult? More time consuming! Yall need to go back to the Great Ways of how Our Credit Union used to be.

This app is terrible it won't let you see your transaction it also takes me and locks me out of my account regularly you need to come up with a better app this sucks

I am annoyed we only see a balance. What is the point of the app then? Should be fixed or taken down altogether. No time for this.

I have been working on installing this app for 3 days....it still say that it is installing. WOW....maybe it will finish something this week.

Great! Seems like all the kinks are worked out from when it first came out. No complaints at all.

This app does have functionality for mobile deposit, but it does not work. I'm not surprised.

my experience is always good but it needs to be away it can give details about certain stuff mean.

App take to long now to let me see my transactions ,have wait bout 1 to 2 minutes before it shows up.need to fix that.

I know it's the first day, but the loading.... loading... loading... loading.... Go to one page loading.... go back to the previous page loading.... transfer money? loading...... pending transactions? loading..... logging on...... loading accounts...... reconnecting......

IT WAS GREAT WHEN I FIRST INSTALLED IT BUT NOW IT WANT LET ME SEE MY TRANSACTIONS JUST THE BALANCE I BE LIKING TO KNOW IF ANYTHING DOWN COME OUT MY ACCOUNT OR WHATEVER....FIX THE PROBLEM OR DISMISS THIS APP PERIOD ITS USELESS NOW IT AGGRAVATING👎👎
