This app is free to use and to download. It is very easy to navigate through. It is a must have app to have and use. If you are a customer of Alabama Power they keep very good records of the power that you use every month. And also keep very good records of the power that you have used in the past. You can pay your bill using the app and if you need to set up special payment arrangements using the app. Report power outages or any communication needed with them. It is a must have app for everyone

It's not like we have a choice where to buy our electricity, but AP is a great provider! Of course I wish the cost was less, but they always respond to outages immediately and offer payment arrangements that are very helpful. Financed a range with them very easily recently.

Easy to use. All your information, billing, history and usage in one app. Secure payments, auto billing and payment options. Makes life so much easier!

I've used this for years to pay my bill. Now it's a black screen. I've reinstalled 3 times. Terrible for a company this large to have such an unreliable method of recieving payment.

This is a user friendly app which helps you out in various ways. Such as setting up an extention on your bill without having to speak to a represenitive on the phone. To sending you daily emails of your power usage on a daily basis, with a monthly bill estimate...

App doesn't work any longer. That's the funny thing about technology, AL Power... It's ever evolving and actually requires periodic updates. Perhaps something more recent than 2017?

Not only is the app slow, but the website is too. Neither one will load!! Its so frustrating just simply trying to view your bill and set up payments.

Logged in with my username and password, then the white loading screen appears and never finishes. Total white screen. Useless. Extremely frustrating. Please fix your app.

Takes forever and a day just to open. Sometimes doesn't open at all. Inconvenient...this is on Note 9, not sure if it functions properly on other devices

This app never works. I no longer receive the paper in the mail so I depend on the app to pay my bill but it never works. I am completely disappointed in the app.

App isn't working. Will not even load the log in screen. Only a black screen. Yes I have done all the usual troubleshooting.

The app refuses to connect to wifi, despite reinstalling, and restarting my phone. All other apps are connecting without issue.

App isn't working anymore. It stopped working 2 or 3 months ago. I can't login on the website either. It just keeps trying to load my details.

The app wont open. Have tried using multiple times. Uninstalling and installing again. The screen just freezes.

Use to be a good app, but like many reviews shown, white loading screens never finishes. Unusable till that is fixed.

App was working good a week ago. Malfunctioning really BAD now It won't even open or load keeps saying no network connection but my phone loads YouTube and I have unlimited data plan and no network issues period.

When it works, it's fine. But more often than not it won't pull up bill info and just sits on a white screen.

I was using this app all the time to pay my bill but now I can't even get it to open up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and now I just get a black screen.

The app was great at first and I have used it for years. Now it won't even open. You need to fix this ASAP! The website is also not loading correctly.

Great app for keeping an eye on your electric bill, plus so much more you can do on this app, from paying bills to speaking with a live person which we all want that lol

Stopped working within a week. If I wanted a blackish screen app, I'm sure there are better options.

I have used this app for years and it was good and working fine now it will not let me download my bill for viewing PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!

was working good but now today keeps saying no internet connection but youutube,google and all other websites and apps loading instantly and working perfectly.

All I keep getting is a pop up saying "no connection" I can't say if something works or is any good, If can't use it.

Once I got everything situated it was great the first month, now it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet and I know I am. Just get with the technology and take a card!

Does not even remotely work even with a new phone and 4g, just as bad as the website and phone lines.
