The app has alot of resources but it would be more beneficial if we were able to see our balances and have appointments synced with our family accounts. This would be helpful to both the clinic and families who need to social distance or who do not always have the resources to go to the clinic. The app also constantly crashes.
Very helpful when finance issues are a problem. They are very helpful to know what benefits are available for you from day one of pregnancy thru your child being 5. The appointments have been by phone due to Covid 19 but every case worker I have spoken with has explained everything, answered every question and resolved any issue (not that I have had one ) The only issue I have is wishing there were more options of food to choose from. Other than that I am so thankful for and love my WIC!! 🙂❤️
Useless, This app should link up clients with their accounts. This would benefit them as far as seeing their balance, educational resources, appointments schedule, etc. As it stands, it's just a glorified brochure to save paper.
Its a great app for when your on the go and want to make sure you're getting the stuff allowed. The only thing that would make it better was if you could sign in to your account and check your balance
The people leaving good reviews on this do not know what a good WIC app is! Alabama needs to get on the "WICShopper" app where you can see your available benefits specific to your account. This app is very useless.please Alabama its almost 2020.. get with the modernization and quit wasting money on useless apps like this.
Completely useless. You cannot connect to your account to see what items are left on the WIC card.
seems to be ok but I wish you could link it to your WIC card like other states so that you can see what you've used vs what you have left.
Very bad interface. Links don't even work in the app. This is where our tax dollars are going?
Poor yes it tells what we can get, but it doesn't have an option to sign in and let you see what you have left to get on wic
Very useless app.it should be able to tell how much you have in your acct..waste of mb downloading it.
WIC IS GREAT FOR BABY'S AND TODDLERS AND LITTLE KIDS , THEY WILL GET NUTRITIONS AND GROW UP AND THE KIDS WILL GET STRONGE AND BIG SO IF YOU CAN GET WIC GO AND GET IT FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S !! IT'S WORTH IT !! AND YOU WILL THANKFUL FOR ALL YOU CAN GET !! I NOW I DID AND I THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE GOTTEN IT !! IT DOES HELP US A LOT .... 😇🙂
It would be nice if the grocery list was provided.

I think it's an ok app for now. I haven't had much time to try and work with it due to me being so busy. I would give it 5 stars if I could log in and access my WIC list instead of calling the balance inquiry while walking around the store or going into the stores and getting in the long customer service line and waiting for a list.
