Very useful and easy to use!!!! Would love to see a broselow tape or something similar added under tools.

App is supposed to update itself to newest addition. It has not updated after 8th edition.
Still hasn't updated to 10th edition. Don't waste your money.
great app. Easy to find what you need in those situations we don't encounter that much.

Unable to download 9th edition update from this app, even with auto update on.
Why ALL of the ads? Didn't use to have ANY ads. Everytime i try to use it in any way i get pop up ads & have to constantly close them so i can see the information i need. Suggestions?

The app is a great idea but it doesnt even work. When i click on a category and the subcategories pop up and i click on a subcategory nothing happens.
Great app. The phone directory links work very well, for instance the (TCC) quick link button pops the number up on your screen. You can call when you need too in a timely manner instead of having to take the time to look it up in your contacts.
Had an issue with it not opening the PDFs. Sent an email and had a reply with the solution that fixed it the same day.
Be sure to back all the way to the home page, or it may freeze next time it is used.
I did not have a PDF reader installed and the developer helped to see why the app was not working. Thanks for the GREAT assistance!!
This app is fantastic, a must have for Paramedics state wide. Having this app makes reviewing protocols a snap!
Excellent app! Allows me to have the State protocols at my fingertips. I love that Tim updated the protocols with the new updates that went into effect October 1st. I was also happy to see that the updated protocols didnt go live until the October 1st so I could still use the app with the 5th Edition. I am recommending this to all my EMS friends!
App worked fine, then of a sudden it quit working. Keeps saying it had a data problem. Very unhappy since I paid for this.
