Every time I try to register, its always said go to nearest branch to update my iqama and personal info. But when I went to the nearest quick pay office. The teller said that there's no problem with my info and iqama as well as in their system. Knowing that the service in your quick pay office are very very slow and I patiently waiting in line just to ask the problem yet I still can't register in this apps. This apps are wasting my time waiting in line and money for the taxi.
They themself made the software hard to use. no one is able to do transactions on quickpay. once it was the most userfriendly but now worst. i ll remove the software, not use full. even after complaints they r unable to rectify. let switch to other.
Multiple SADAD issues, even when you remove, clear app cash, and reinstall it still has same issues, same issues are found on website & on IOS, this is unprofessional technical programming nor a professional banking customer service as it should be.
The worst experience ever the app over all full of bugs and all kind of problems sometimes won't let me login. My recommendation don't install the app just use there website it's way better.
Most useless banking app in the gulf region.... No user-friendly... complicated services...and almost impossible to login. But the older version was a bit better though... Planning to change my bank...
Very hard to use,much better the old version i can use on both of my mobile iphone/android,but now my iphone damage i use one mobile only(Android).Hope that you can fixed this or return the older version..Thanks
The new version is diffcult to registered . 😔. And now i'm giving a thought to change to another bank. The old version is better thas this new one needed incorporate ID.
The old ALahli app was good.. this new alahli ecrop not registering.. too many time trying.. it is not working in my device.. when i update the old app then upload this ecrop.. not good...
This app is useless for now. Keeps crashing, uninstalled and installed back. Same problem.
worked fine for sometime then started malfunctioning and stopped showing account details. didn't work even after reinstallation.

Useless. The old one was way better. Why did u have to change when it was working just fine. One star is not even deserving.

your service is not good very slow also the worker in your office always talking they make the time delay even there are too much costumer waiting outside below the sun nad its very hot especially there in rakha branch..

no way to add new beneficiaries, Can't export transaction pdf file
Don't show or export pdf files for the transactions we make!! International transfer was disabled!
