Very bad apps,you can't even send a money for this,only updated if your money was transfered,how many time i look into it,how to send but still asking about "your beneferies information must be english language only"but my settings is in english,so what can i do on it?😢 no body can help about this error, you might be uninstalled this apps.stresss no more😂

Before this app was good but now having alots of problem, when apply forget password,it's ask account number,then when putting account and submit,one error come that provides data is not valids even all accounts detay is correct. So please solve this issue to get recover id and password as it was before.

This is a good application but after the recent updates it is not working with VPN on, on the other hand other banks are allowing their applications while VPN is on. SNB must must allow to use with VPN also.

When filtering transaction history based on duration, I get this error message: "Generated error when calculte the sublisting result of paginated elements". This needs to be fixed asap and needs to be placed on the top of the backlog for you next iteration/sprint. Also, please fix the typo in the error message. It should be "calculate" and not "calculte".

I transfer money to stc pay but the money was already deducted but I didn't receive it to my stc pay account!!! It's been 2 days now! And your customer service isn't working well.. They ask a lot but it couldn't help anyway.. Please change your service into good service than worst! In fact you have a very low exchange rate.

Please fix the issue, it was working fine before the update, now, most of the options here is not working, always showing some error, even when doing a transaction as well the notification settings.

This application is easy to use and friendly understand. And this is a great especially in those employees remote areas that are difficult to travel that need send moneybto family . but some of case problem need to improvement because some of list deleted beneficiaries still remain undeleted. you should be able to fix the problem.

App is good, but i doesn't work outside KSA, as i am trying to login from Pakistan but it doesn't work, Kindly allow this option for those who wants to access their account outside Saudi Arabia.

Unable to remove old Sadad bill numbers that are not even mine anymore. The payment still shows up on my app even though I am not the owner of the bill. And I paid it by mistake thinking it was mine thanks to your unreliable app functionality..

My account simply disappeared. The app says I don't have an account, I went to the bank, they said that my account disappeared due to a technical error they are working on, and they refused to give me money from my account until they resolve this issue. Very bad service.

I can not access to my account because everytime when I write my username, an error message appears and say:can not have special characters!!!!! Why??

since the last update this app was not helpful at all now.. every time you want to make transfer it displays "daily transfer limit exceeded" where is the issue? I didn't even made a transfer yet..

The app was working fine before but ever since the update, it doesn't let me login because it considers the number in my username a 'special' character. However, I can login with the same username online.

Very poor interface, it looks it didn't get updated since 2010.. Most of the other banks have better and smooth app than this

Now a day's am in Pakistan and from march 3rd am trying to login in my account and every time it says "we are apologize for inconvenience due to maintenance" Its been a month and still app is not working. My account is on hold & my all transactions are not done yet 😳. 😬 😬 😬 Its irritated for me.

App is not working. Even can't login. This bank just dont want people to withdraw money. IT system is worst. This is not 1st time happened.

How could you charge your customer for a lost card! The card was reported lost and its not in use but you still charge for it, so for how long, every year are you going to do that? You tell me to contact you, are you that simple to be called and reached! Too many words and options without a goal, you really disappoint me.

It's been two days i can't make a payment or tranfer. Why? How come it said that i exceed the daily tranfer limit when i haven't use this app for weeks. And it's been two day i tried to transfer an amout and pay bills but it always said that i exceed the daily transfer limit

I think SNB should fire the entire team who is working on this app. The app keeps asking me to update, even though it is up to date and I Uninstalled it 10 times and reinstalled it. Soon I will stop using SNB as my primary account and transfer my salary to a different bank with competent employees

Application is not usable.. it is asking me to upgrade, and when i upgrade, it ask again to upgrade. I sent an email to support to fix it, but the email is going to someone called sara shams !! Please advise on how to fix, since im not able to contact you via email

I cannot open my app , whenever I open the app it shows that I need to update it however whenever I try to click update it doesn't push through though it shows already its updated.

I have been using this apps since 2019 and I would like to express my experience to all of you. Bro and sis if you using this apps you guys definitely love it because it's work properly without any irritation.
