The application has many advantages and services for the members of the Egyptian club Al-Ahly such as:
Membership Services: Membership balance and membership status, with electronic payment option, and the delivery of renewed membership cards via courier.
Entrance Ticket Services: Through the application, the member can purchase tickets for any branch of the club, and then issue tickets and send them electronically to relatives and friends.
List of services: The list includes all the services provided within the branches of the National Club such as: restaurants and cafés - shops - children services - government services - financial services - cultural and artistic activities - sports services - elderly services - medical services - social services - services for people with disabilities Private - Seating - Administrative Offices - Utilities.
Each list contains details of each service, contact information, and location, with the possibility that the member will evaluate the services, make a complaint or suggest a service.
List of activities: The list includes all sports activities within Al Ahli club branches such as: swimming and water games - basketball - volleyball - karate - table tennis - tennis - athletics.
Each list contains details of each activity, contact information, location, activity schedule, and cost of participation.
Customer Service: Through this section, a member may submit a complaint, proposal or inquiry regarding any topics of interest to members.
Competitions: The application contains an interesting competition with valuable prizes, by presenting a daily question about general information about the National Club, and a monthly draw is held to announce the winners.
News List: Contains the latest news from Al Ahli club, breaking news, and team news.
Notification section: You will receive all notices, alerts and messages about your transactions within the app, and important notifications from Al Ahli Club.
Photo and video albums: Contains images and videos of Ahli Club.
The application also contains many other topics such as: Club information - application information - club sponsors - and help.
The application is guaranteed to be used by members of Al Ahli Club through verification of membership data, except in some services available to the general public such as: news, competitions, general information.

app doesn't recognize English numbers (1, 2, ...) & read them in Arabic (١، ٢، ...). this create a lot of confusion especially during login user ID & password. this need immediate sort out
I enter correct credentials but it doesn't log me in and it does send reset code to the email or mobile useless app
i can't register on the application and provide me that the membership number wasn't correct however all data inserted correctly
Can't sign in with the password and when I press forgot password to send the code nothing happened so it's useless
I wonder why should I upload a copy of my ID to create a new account!! This is weird and not secure to collect copy of IDs via mobile app
Bad, can't register app not accept National ID or Member ID photos and logout by itself Is it need special size for attachments?!!
Best Ahly online portal do far. Needs more services, tools and developments. Keep going.
