If you manually adjust closing costs, the calculations that appear on screen are inaccurate. The correct calculation does show up in the email, but it should also calculate correctly on screen. Also, taxes are automatically calculated on the purchase price which is not the figure taxes are actually calculated on. Finally, there are only about 10 cities listed for choosing the correct tax rate. Great idea but needs improvements.
