Alarm Clock Free

Looks great, but that's all there is to it. I downloaded it only for the nice widget but, even after excluding the app from battery optimization, it doesn't update properly. So what's the point? Snooze doesn't work properly either: once set, you can't get rid of it, clicking on the notification to dismiss has absolutely no effect. Was surely great in the Android Eclair era, but that was 10 years ago... If I were you, I'd look elsewhere to get something a bit more reliable.

I have tried MANY times to get this to work on my android. It is the only alarm app I've found that has the sounds I like. Because of this, I gave it more chances than I should have. This app just decides whenever it wants whether to actually function and wake me up at the times I've asked it to. I tryed this to replace Google clock since it went south. First morning after downloading the app and the alarm never went off and I over slept. No missed alarm notification or any evidence the alarm was missed. Second alarm of the day failed to go off until I unlocked the phone several minutes after it was supposed to go off.

I've had this alarm app for 2 days and it doesn't work. The 1st two test alarms worked when I was holding it in my hands so I set my actual alarms and so far everyone of them didn't go off even tho they was on. Move on the a working app.

Lots of alarm options, which is great. Issues turning alarm off, which is not great. Can set multiple alarms at different times, days and sounds. The only problem is that sometimes you can't shut it off. If you miss the initial option to dismiss or snooze, it disappears and you are stuck listening to your alarm until you can Force Stop the app, which is extremely stressful and aggravating. Otherwise, it's great because of all the options and the number of alarms it supports. Pixel 2.

This app needs a refresh. lots of issues. If I cancel an alarm it still goes off. If you browse away from the app when the alarm is going off there is no way to return to silence the alarm so you have to force close the app. Also had alarms not go off before. Have used this app for years and it's only been an issue in the last few months, have now moved on to a new alarm clock. Best feature is the fade in alarm, I am a light sleeper and it didn't make me jump out of my skin when it goes off!

I used to love this app. It was a great second alarm. Somehow during an update though, they removed functionality. 1.) If you somehow lose the prompt to disable the alarm, you have to uninstall the app to turn it off. Which is VERY annoying. 2.) Even when stored alarms are turned off, they will still sound. Today is Memorial Day, I am off from work, so I turned off the alarms. Imagine my surprise when they start going off.

One reason I like the app is that it is simple, straight forward and to the point. The thing that I don't care for is that the programmer made it so that the screen automatically dims as soon as you finish setting up your alarm and makes it very difficult to even see the buttons to go back to your desktop... That function in my opinion should be a user setting.

I use this app every day. It is easy to program. My only complaint is is there are only a select quantity of pre-programmed alarm sounds. The pre-programmed alarm sounds are not very loud. the only one that I can hear is the rooster alarm tone. It would be great if they could open up this app to use external access alarm tones.

Does what it is supposed to do but very frustrating. Sometimes, the alarm won't stop so you have to reset the alarm to the next minute and when it goes off again, only then can you dismiss it. Also, the alarm time screen sometimes goes to about 5% brightness. So you have to fumble about trying to press the correct buttons. Works but frustrating. There has to be better alarm clocks out there...

This app worked beautifully for a long time. I especially liked the "birds" alarm. Recently it became unreliable. It seemed to alarm correctly at times other than for my wake-up alarm. The 6:15 alarm simply stopped working. I tried reinstalling the app, but it still didn't work. I had to install another alarm clock, so I can get reliable service.

I have used this app for years. It's easy to use and I like it just fine. However, recently it's acting buggy. When I wake up before my alarm and turn it off before it goes off, the alarm goes off anyway. Software developers might want to check out the latest version again for bugs. Apparently, the last time the app was updated on my phone was Dec 2018, if that's helpful. Thanks!

I used this app for years and it was great, but the lazy few weeks it's been very unreliable. The last 2 days my morning alarm hasn't gone off at all, and I've been late to work as a result. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another app for my needs, as it's hard to justify keeping an app that only has one job and no longer does it. If the reliability issues were fixed, this is a 5-star app

This use to be a great alarm clock but ever since I upgraded from the original it is hit or miss. If there are more than 1 alarms set, the first one either doesn't ring at all or it's very late. If you turn off the 2nd alarm that was set, it STILL goes off. The only way to stop this is to delete all your alarms that were set and start over.

This app has had issues lately that have made the alarm unreliable. This morning's automatic update completely wiped out the app on my phone. I knew right away because I have used this app for YEARS as my alarm clock, and I woke to a nlank, black screen in the night. Because I *have* preferred this app for so long, I uninstalled, reinstalled, and I'm guving it another chance, *with* a second backup alarm set. This glitch could have caused a big problem for me, which is why I'm sharing.

Works well, but you need to go to settings > apps > Alarm Clock (this app) > battery > manage battery usage. Make sure it's "not optimized." Otherwise it won't alarm in the morning if the phone is not plugged in - apparently "optimized" means Android will disable the clock at night to save battery power. Not an issue if phone is on a charger, or during the day. Turning off optimization for this one app doesn't seem to affect battery life, and it makes sure the alarm works.

Can't complain too much about free, but a big problem is that any alarm created goes off whether enabled or not, so if you're ever on vacation and don't want to wake up early you literally have to manually delete each alarm then add them back when you need them again. The on/off button is not functional at all. I'm looking for another alarm now that works better.

This used to be a very reliable app but lately it hasn't been so much. Im now having instances where it does not go off. Now it goes off even if I turn it off before it is scheduled to. I have to restart my phone after I turn my deactivate the alarm. I used to really like this app I hope they fix what ever they've changed!!!!

App works great... UNLESS you leave your Bluetooth headset connected. In that case, the alarm only sounds off in your headset. Which is fine during the day, but I use this alarm to wake up in the morning and have overslept several times because I didn't disconnect my Bluetooth.

Pretty irritated. This app used to work perfectly for me. Now if I set an alarm and later decide to turn it off, it still goes off at that time! I usually set 3 to 4 alarms for the morning just in case I accidentally go back to sleep after the 1st. Usually, I don't, but it has happened once before, so I take some precautionary measures to assure I still get up and get ready in time. Now I usually just turn off the other alarms after I'm up, but they continue to go off! So annoying!

Does not work well, nor can it be counted on. An alarm can be set for 5, and will go off at 5:20. Sometimes the alarm wont shut off, which has happened one too many times thus uninstalling the app. I used this alarm for years, but at some point with the updates something went very wrong. Do not recommend.

Great free alarm clock, except it rings when it shouldn't sometimes. Had an alarm for 6:30am set to never repeats and it was disabled but it rang! Don't think it should have done that. Now it rings at 5:10am every morning which would be fine but there is no alarm set for that time. So not sure where the alarm is coming from. No other alarm apps installed and the Android default has no set alarms.

Since I need to get up at different times every day, I liked the ease of setting up a list of times that I might need over the week. Unfortunately every one of them goes off even when the switches are all turned to the off position. What am I doing wrong? Besides that issue, which is rather huge at 4.30am .... lol... I like the app .

Nice app but the recurring alarm doesn't work on my OnePlus 5. I have to turn it off and back on each night or it won't go off the next day. 8/5/19 Last straw. Turned off my 6 am alarm for vacation but it went off both days. Turned it back on last night and it didnt go off. I love the way this app looks but I have to be able to depend on it to wake me up. So long old friend.

It's good. Allows you to name your alarms, automatically puts them in order according to the time, and allows you to change the length of the snooze. All that being said, being able to change the color would be nice, but my biggest issue is that it is consistently 4 minutes late to go off. If set for 7:15 am it doesn't go off until 7:19 am. And it's doing that with ALL of the alarms set. Fade in is turned off, so it's not that, but I can't figure out how to change it, if it can be changed.

Have been using this app for years but latest update is a failure! If you shut off an alarm before it's time, it still goes off and you can't stop a snoozed alarm early because it doesn't show up as snoozed anywhere unless you go in and play with the settings! Go back to the previous version!

updated and next time i opened app the screen was so dark it was almost black. Almost uninstalled, then another update fixed that, (saw multiple complaints) new update came out, installed that, back to the black screen! What jerks!!!

BEST FREE NO ADS ALARM. . Defaults to annoying clock dial to set alarm time.otherwise fine. Bug free on samsung. Thank you.

Im honestly not trying to be mean or anything but seriously, this app has made me late so many times. The time my alarms come on are so random. Today for example: my alarm never went off, I checked them and they were on. And when it was time for me to leave the alarm went off 5 mins late. This is a first time thing but others times the alarms i use to wake up either go off 10 mins later or don't. Its annoying and im sorry.

Used on different phone and it always worked. Changed phones and I am feeling it is not working with this phone as well.
