This app is HORRIBLE.... and cost me time and money!!!! I do like the new ProA7 series... But programming through this Alarmnet 360 app is a joke. Im not selling anymore of these. Going to go with another brand like GE, Napco, or even Simplysafe.... This app is a huge waste of time and money...
It's 2022 and Honeywell still doesn't know how to make software. Would be 0 Stars
Works pretty good and I can see my Honeywell doorbell camera and my alarm which is useful
Complete trash and useless. You should just make the alarmnet website mobile friendly. Come join us in the 21st century
it doesn't work. on the computer everything is fine but on the app all my accounts suddenly dont exist.
The App is trash along with the pro A7 panel. Sync time is hilariously slow.
Constantly logs me out and keeps throwing a cellular data message.
Can't do anything on this app. Have to use browser for all Alarmnet needs.

Only works on new equipment, what about Vista panels
UPDATE: It's been over 2 years since I first gave this app 2 stars. Now dropped it to 1 star. Honeywell has yet to include ANY OTHER PANEL besides the wireless only ones. We install way more vista panels then lynx or lyric, and so i still have to program my other radios via the website. Kinda makes this app a waste of space on my phone. It seems the Honeywell has really dropped the ball these last 6 years or so, by not keeping up with other manufacturers. Its no wonder all of my competitors sta
Please, one issue I spend about an hour on was that I was installing two Sixpir I could not update the firmware of these motions through the app simply because that option was not available. I had no problem doing it on the website
Was excited at first that there was an app for alarmnet but it is pretty much useless cannot find existing accounts.
Does not work at all. Can't find existing accounts. Takes several minutes to log on. Removing app and just using website for now.
Could not find my existing accounts. Also did not list GSM 4G when selecting the type communicator. Totally useless.
Won't be useful until it has access to all devices not just a select few.

It only finds accounts when you push your panel data to alarmnet360. Or if you program using the web interface which is slow for good installer. It would be nice if Vista20 or at least Vista21ip were included. This app was created to benefit the door knocker installer who couldn't tell you what a loop 2 is.

Don't bother installing it. Can not look up existing customers.

Can't even log in and accept the agreement that's oddly long. Unable to install the system for the customer without this app. Worthless and avoid at all costs Also want to add that customer support gives you the run around if you actually reach anyone.
