I'm looking at this again to see if the functions I want are there. I might have missed them before or maybe they've been added. What I want is to NOT use the alarm sounds. I want AlarmPad to tell tasker that the alarm time is here, and let me make a custom "Say" command for the Tasker Text-to-Speech to read me the time and use the Title of the alarm in a sentience, like, "Bill, it's time to go to the post office"
App works well. I use it with Tasker to play my Spotify starred playlist when my alarms go off. However, the widgets have stopped updating. They continually show "Alarm unavailable" even after I have activated a new alarm.
I find this app very useful. However, the most annoying thing is that if you are doing something else on your phone when the alarm goes off, or you don't swipe it off correctly, there seems to be no way to turn off the alarm other than turning off your phone and restarting it.
Almost 5 Stars. I cannot enable Dark Mode. [sad] And, sometimes, even after skipping an alarm, [the app's best feature] it rings.
App has a mind of its own. Alarm goes off at random and not the times I've set it to remind me. How do I resolve this? Please somebody help. I have sent emails to developers severally to no avail.
Love this app. My only thought is I would like a way to turn off the alarm while the phone is in use. I can only turn it off from the lock screen and only if the phone is locked.

I like the idea of getting information once you dismiss your alarm but I wish there were more options. Some of the add ons listed don't even work, leading to a not found result (such as the To Do list add on) and you can't switch the snooze duration. I also wish the sources can be changed since the weather for Canada is not accurate and should come from a Canadian source or allow me to select which app to draw the information from.

Great app but would like my hashtag alarm to go off at the exact time of the event. So tried setting it to 0 mins but wouldn't let me type it. Hopefully have got round this by setting 10 mins then removing the one. Hope this still works
...I'd like to see different: the ability to set different snooze durations for individual alarms. As far as I can tell, you can only set one snooze duration that applies to all alarms at the same time. Would give five stars if this was not the case. Good job on a good app, though!
Like others have said, this is a fine app with interesting ideas when it works. I very much like the calendar review first thing in the morning (though, I wish it pulled everything, not just whatever it feels like), but the frequency with which the alarm fails to go off is just nuts. In the past 2 weeks, it has only gone off twice, both times when I'd actually turned off the alarm the night before.
Loved this to until... I've been late to work last week because the app isn't working. It didn't go off at all one morning. I've got a persistent undissmissable alarm from the past too. Somethings wrong. We need a fix fast. Adding stopwatch and countdown would also help. (Nexus 5)
I have been trying out Alarmpad for a few months now, three or four, and I have to say that I love the app and the features. When it works it is awesome. I love all the different ways that I can customize my alarms and the ability to give a verbal dismissal when my hands are full is perfect! The reason for the poor review is that none of these features matter if the alarm doesn't go off when it is scheduled, something that has happened at least a half dozen times so far. That's not acceptable.
Used to be my favorite Alarm App, still use it though. It doesn't always dismiss hands free, very frustrating, defaults to default alarm tone, I have to go back and change it, add o s don't always work, and really wish there more and more relevant and more updated. Other than that I love it. Thank you. I heard the developers pulled out, If so let us know so that we can find an app that I'd kept up with. Thanks again!!
I was so excited to download this app because I just got my smartphone and couldn't figure out why my alarms would not link to my watch. So I search online forums and found this app. It worked great the first few days but now when the alarm goes off on my phone I can't turn it off through the phone. It doesn't even go off on my watch at all now. HELP!!!
Bridges the gap that phones without the different alarm tone features have. And it can ask what upcoming calendar events would you want that ringtone. I preporgram doctor, Doctor Who, TV shows, and wake up alarms all with different tones.
I needed an alarm app that was easy to set for days or weeks in advance for appointments but didn't want to make a calendar entry. Works great.
Great app, nice UI. What I would like to have is a Clone/Duplicate/Copy option in the alarm options menu. I have quite a few tasks to do in the morning and it's a tedious task to make new alarms individually. Thanks anyway!
It is a good program. Kindly keep it updating regularly because it stops working and don't alarm.
The only alarm from 20 tried that is doing what I want to do. It will be nice to have the night clock but that's fine for now.
I don't usually hand out five star reviews but I can't find anything wrong with this app. Works just like the old galaxy note 2 alarm. I love it.
I like how easy is to set. Always works. On my last phone I paid for an upgrade and now I have a new phone but no upgrade with it. The up grade rocks.
I organize my work days using the Google Calendar, and this app can automatically set alarms based on my calendar!
I give up. Uninstalling it. It appears this app has been ABANDONED!!! Look at the date when it was last updated. I tried to email the developer. It bounced. I tried going to the web site. It doesn't exist. I'm having major issues when an alarm goes off. Sometimes there is NO way to shut it up. I have to KILL (force-stop) the entire app. I wish the developer would at least open-source it so someone else can fix it! .
