Fast, convenient, and easy to use.
Use a map to select your pick-up location, and track the location of your taxi. Receive notification alerts about the status of your booking, and when your taxi arrives.
TAXI BOOKING FEATURES:
• Request a taxi cab right now, or select a future date and time for pick-up.
• Don’t know your location? – Send the taxi to your current GPS position.
• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Select a pick-up or drop-off address from your phone’s Contacts list.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your cab (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Send additional info to the driver – type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.
• Push notifications alert you when your cab is on the way, and when it has arrived.
TRACKING FEATURES:
• Display the current location of your taxi on a map.
• Cancel a booking.
• Display up to three previous bookings made with your mobile device.
• Tap a button to make a phone call to Alaska Yellow Dispatch @ 907-222-2222 (if app is installed on an Android smartphone). NOTE: If the AK Yellow Dispatch application is installed on an Android tablet device, the feature to call Alaska Yellow Dispatch is disabled.
SERVICE AREA:
• Pick-up areas within the Municipality of Anchorage including the following locations: Ted Stevens International Airport, Alyeska/Girdwood, Eagle River, Chugiak, Eklutna, Peters Creek.
• Drop-off areas: Anywhere you want to go!

It crashes a lot, and I see no cabs, yet the time to me keeps changing on the map 5, 7, 11, 18 mins and it still says trying to find a cab. It is ridiculous the time spent waiting for a ride. I would use lyft instead, but I only have cash.
this app needs to be updated to include the vehicle type field or dispatch needs to read the information, booking has 3 feilds 1st how many people 1-4 or 5-7, 2nd extra services, child seat, etc, 3rd pay in car or via app, after booking you can msg driver.... i have used only twice for a group of 5-7 and the first time they sent a car that couldn't take us and when poor driver called the dispatch tried to pin it on him, 2nd time i note to driver and driver note b4, dispatch call an try pin on me
Depends on the driver. I use the app to call. A ride because it's faster
since most recent update, it does not work at all, will not send email verification
Latest update makes it like an old 56k modem. I don't think tom tom is the way to go.
This app is perfect for those that work...taxied is always on time...it never fails when you have this app...
Cant enter address or credit card. Useless the old one worked good, this one is useless

Yellow cab is a joke. They leave you stranded all the time,let other people take your cab and sometimes it takes hours to get a cab!!

If I could give them minus 1000000 I would. Horrible customer svc. App works fifty fifty but the drivers are mostly dirty disrespectful have no manners only half speak English well and even they pretend to not understand half the time. Bad comoany
DO NOT RIDE WITH THE PERVERTED, RUDE, VULGAR, WITH A ARROGANT, UGLY, DISTASTEFUL ATTUTUDE WHO FRIVES CAB NUMBER 105 AND APPEARS TO POSSOBLT BE OF ALBANIAN DESCENT. HE HAS DARK BLACK HAIR AND A HEAVY ACCENT. WAS THE WORST MOMENT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE THE MOMENT I MET HIM. HE LEFT CUSSING ME OUT AND FLIPPING ME OFF, AFTER I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH HIS DEMEANOR AND PERVERTED ATTITUDE. So for the first time I had to pay for my cab before hand. Discriminate against natives. Sorry but I am not like other people. Even considered me Like other people. And another time I was told I didnt pay for a cab when I used there credit card and got yelled at for using it and had it on my bank statement. If I didn't want a cab why ask for one and not pay. I guess I will just use checker cab or uber from now on.
My account was charged three times for one cab ride. They will NOT help you on the weekends. This leaves you calling during week days and don't expect to have this settled any time soon. GPS does not allows give an accurate address and they don't always accept addresses telling you that it is out side the normal work area. FIX completely close the application by shutting down the service and relaunching the app. Still waiting to get the charges removed from my account 4 days later....
Couldnt even send a verification sms to me to get my account running. Pathetic. Uber get her quick theres money to be made here!!!
I love this. It's easy and it gives you an estimate on your trip. And the response time is pretty quick!
FIX THE APP ALREADY !!! It used to work great but needs to be updated. I hate calling your incompetent phone service people and waiting on hold.

Don't expect for the mobile payment system to work, I got called today by AK cab to get shaken down for a payment that I put in more than a week ago.
Very basic app, but at least it is a way to book and pay on a smartphone. If booking ahead of time, put in the pickup time 5 minutes early.
Saturday night I was on hold as expected. I downloaded and used the app. My cab was on its way before dispatch could pick up the phone.
The app is always crashing or freezing, doesn't let you know you ordered a cab twice, but the app is pretty good with providing a spinning circle that doesn't go away. The gps is also a delight... The app creates more work and hassle than it takes to call dispatch.
