Horrible app. If I could give zero star if I would. Even when it was working, it barely worked and now I can not log in at all cause it says, I'm not configured to use the app. I'm not tech expert but I'm not new to this either. App is using outdated programing hence all the problems. I hope your buyers are paying cheap for your app because it's honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used.
It doesn't let me log in I've only managed to log in a few times, my login info is also associated with my company so it's not that I'm getting it wrong. I've clicked on the online help button and followed the steps over and over again deleting and readding my Google account multiple times over. Even tried deleting the app a few times like my company told me but it still doesn't allow me in.
Hate this app. Slow ,and have had to reinstall in so many times to keep it going.if I didn't have to have this for my job I would dump it so fast!
Having issues with logging in. Before I was able to login then went it asked to change my password the issue began. It wouldn't allow me to reset my password by sending a link to my email address which I never received it. Called support and still unable to solve my issue. HELP!
Always having issues. I can't get into my account the screen is staying orange. Takes for ever to load when it's working. It would be good if I could see my feedback once submitted.
I use this app through Home Instead, within Australia. I am a carer and I find it very easy to use. I like it. I just have a suggestion though. When having completed a shift, it would be good if I could go back and see, at a glance, that I have completed the "shift report" for that shift. So once your shift turns from white to blue (because you have clocked off) it could turn a different colour again to signify that the shift report has been completed. Or a small icon could be added.
Unreliable! Unable to log back in during a shift, even after deleting and updating the app. Also slow and lags when it was "working." Too bad my job requires the use of this app, because it's not a quality app at all for professionals. And as you can see, they have several complaints, but yet to respond. Get it together!
This App was I thought, a good idea because some of my clients suffer from loss of memory. Instead its only created constant frustration. Unable to log on and log off is the big one. Then there is the scrolling of notes or the lack of it. Then you can't go back to the previuos days notes. Its "clunky" and basically useless for what its supposedly designed.
App is slow to load, Be it loging in/out or just loading the days agenda. Inability to view longer than 7 days ahead, and extensive load time while scrolling between days. The inability to scroll back through what I've written is terrible. Notifications for shift changes would be much appreciated, As well as the ability to set clocking and out notifications/reminders for those of us who are forgetful after a 20H shift.
For the past 2 months, the app has been freezing on me in the middle of writing long progress notes. Getting tired of rewriting all of my progress notes. Constant app crashing and freezing. Drains my battery. Please fix the issues and get the app running to how efficient the app was over 2 months ago.
There has always been easier , better ways to chart. I am not sure why this difficult to navigate app is used by anyone. I tried to end my shift and log out and kept getting a blank screen . Nothing I did would take me back to the notes or allowed me to log out. I logged out and logged in multiple times and nothing changed.
Useless to remember what is put into it like your account details, your password or just trying to put a new mobile
It's a terribly hard app to use for doing your shift reports. It only has a very small box to type in, and the start of your report disappears so you can't see what you've written, nor can you go back and edit it. It also does not allow you to see your past reports, which they say is due to privacy issues, yet as a caregiver my training is that I should be client focussed and be involved in the planning and development of their care. That requires access to notes.
Frustrating to use, poorly thought out, and developers are _totally_ unresponsive to requests for features that should be available by default. One example (of very many): file mgmt is unbelievably awkward. We have patients with dozens or even hundreds of orders spanning years, and the app CANNOT organize them chronologically; file names are only partially displayed; organizing them into folders by year has to be done manually one patient and one file at a time in the web version. Waste of time.
This App is totally Useless and needs a technical Upgarde. Couldn't even log into it. It kept saying incorrect server name, even though it was correct. And after almost two months of waiting for this job and not being able to use the companies Work App, I quit, So draining.
The app has to allow carers to review prior notes they have written. The new update made the report filling process more irritating than it was prior. I have worked with multiple applications in my career and this app was average prior to the update and now my colleagues agree that it's amongst the worst applications we have had to utilise for work. It has to have bigger report boxes and easy scrolling so we don't repeat ourselves and waste time trying to find out what we have written.
Constant trouble shooting. Incorrect interventions throughout different shifts. Log in/out issues. Cant upgrade the app.. can only uninstall and reinstall again. Just seems to be no consistency with it working well.
Not intuitive enough for front line staff (doesn't notify staff of clockout errors, just refuses to clock them into the next shift, which creates further issues), doesn't display a calendar view of shifts, doesn't allow staff to change their password in the app.
Tools too long to upload , often cannot clock in/out, orange screen frozen.
It would be nice if you were able to scroll through your narrative to verify what you've written. Without having to delete everything. I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS APP MAKES YOU LOG IN CONSTANTLY DURING THE SAME SHIFT. IT'S REALLY DEPRESSING. AND IT'S ESPECIALLY SLOW TOWARD THE END OF YOUR SHIFT.
so far, so good. As a concierge specialty infusion nurse, I need a moble form of charting on the go, that's easy to use quickly...so far, Alayacare has fit the bill... there's always room for improvement with technology and I'm always awaiting the updates..!!
Having difficulties with In Visit kilometers - and so far no one's responded. Very frustrating. Today, 28th April can't connect to app despite repeated restarts, uninstall and reinstall. Others are quite right, developers don't respond.
Very slow and unable to renew session even with correct password. What you've written on Progress Notes disappears and have to write them again. Needs some improvement.
This app is rubbish, continually both crashes and drains the battery on my phone. No other app has ever drained my phone as rapid as this. Would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.
Aggravating! I am not able to get through the initial login on the app. It will load and load and say connecting but nothing happens, So far not sold on service, I will have to notify my company to see if there is a backdoor way in to get me started.
Worse app. There is always a problem whether I'm on tablet or phone. Very unreliable! Tells me I'm logged in but doesn't show it. Now it tells me I have 2 clients open but wont let me close them.
I have been trying to get this downloaded due to work. It is not downloading it asks for me phone type (I cannot find my phone on the list) then I says that it will be installed on my phone soon. I've been trying for the last 2 days.
Constantly have to sign in and out. Doesn't always show schedule changes. Just another thing to make your work worse and tedious.

This app is horrible. It's time consuming, tedious and confusing!! Not any better than last year!! Companies required will end up paying extra $$$ to employees for the extra time it takes toggling between this app and signing in to servers..IF you have questionable interest service at a client's home..forget it! Very frustrating to have to deal with this when patient care should always be the first concern!
