I really like being able to order the prescriptions and the notifications when ready. I wish the expired prescriptions would be shown separately and the ability to edit your reminders as needed. Instead they just stack up when you try to make changes. Then you are constantly receiving reminders that are meaningless. If you try using an immediate end date to stop it doesn't work. It definitely needs some fixes.
It is easier to use. However, you need to make it more simplified by adding a checkbox for refill next to each prescription. The customer could check each box, like a list, in one action. Thereby reducing confusion and saving time. Checkbox list is quicker and easier for the user.
I opted for delivery for vital prescriptions and set it up through the app. First they don't deliver on the weekends, it doesn't state that anywhere in the app. Second I was charged 3 times for the delivery. The app customer service said they can't refund it and the store said neither can they. So I paid via the app 3 times as much for a service I couldn't utilize because I needed it sooner.
I like the ability to communicate with the Pharmacy. I take 9 different meds for ailments of a 70 something male. The ability to manage refills is very nice. It would be great if we could lower the amount of trips to pickup meds. It is often that I get a text saying a prescription is ready, I make the trip and then the next or the next couple days I get a text saying another prescription is ready. Could have saved a trip easily, by bunching a little.
The app has totally become useless. Every single time you are unable to process a refill before it times out. On the rare occasion you can, if you attempt to have the order delivered, you're screwed. The app used to work great, each update has made it consistently worse. Tech support has been useless.
No way to change to your password if theres a typo, so i changed the email. Then tried to create a new one and it still tries to refer me ti the old account. Beyond annoying. What genious didnt include a change password option under account?? 2021 update- No longer lets me order refills. Its an error every single time, back to having to call them all in on the phone. App is 100% useless.
Terrible app! I mean I can refill prescriptions through it and I can see when a refill order is ready for pickup, but it takes FOREVER!!! Opening the app takes a ridiculously long time, then anything you click on in the app takes just an equally ridiculous amount of time to load. Then half the time after waiting for a page to load, the app logs you out, so you have to login again and start the process all over! Also, usually when you do log back in after it randomly logs you out, it crashes. >:|
I keep trying to verify my number for text alerts and it doesn't work. The push notification doesn't work. I'm never notified when prescriptions are ready. Never notified when prescriptions are out. The app is only useful for clicking to refill your prescriptions. Most of the time I end up having to call the pharmacy anyway to fix something the app has done.
This is built on a good idea, but there are so many glitches that it is a pain to use. It only occasionally informs you when a medication you have refilled are deliverable so you end up waiting for a deliver that never comes. When you try to do a mobile checkout it never actually goes through. That is, when you can actually get past the menu to order your medications. Be prepared to try to order medications again, again, and again only to decide to call and do it over the phone.
This app is garbage it never wants to work. It just spins on opening. If you can get in, interface is clunky and unintuitive. 8/2021 Worked for a couple weeks now it says it's not supported and to download the new version, no surprise there isn't one.
It's great when it's working but....It's nice to be able to order refills, but I've found that I can't access things like I'd like. For example if I have a prescription on file I can't check the status of it or know when it fills without calling the pharmacy. It can also be really slow and at times it will not even let me open the app. It has a lot of room for improvement.
Won't retain reminders (they seem to have to be redone each site visit??) Notifications of prescriptions are spotty at best, and doesn't let you know when prescriptions have been called in, that doesnt seem like a big deal but is VERY important to us that have to schedule time off to pick them up, seem like that would be an easy thing to fix, but when speaking to the reps it is just talked around until it's lost in the confusing bable and given up on, app looks good, but IS not user friendly
Generally very helpful for managing my prescriptions. There have been a few times it has been buggy for me, but it at least tells you when it's having issues communicating with the pharmacy. Being able to see when meds refills are coming up is always nice.
This app never works. It's supposed to make things easier, but it doesn't. I guess I'll just have to call the pharmacy when I need my meds, which makes it more difficult for the pharmacy techs to get the meds filled. Really considering changing pharmacies. I don't think tech support even reads any complaints, cause nothing is ever fixed.
Most inconsistent app I've EVER had! The only thing that has ever been consistent with this app, is that it is constantly HORRIBLE! How can ANY company that employs more than TWO people, have this bad of app now days?? I have to take care of my medications, plus two elderly parents. Please get a good team to maintain your app. It's enough to make me consider changing to another pharmacy.
Great app. Refills and pick up times are easy to order. Wish there was a "check my prescription" button. Something that would allow me to see what is being processed without having to go in through the order a refill button.
App doesn't work well at all & is super slow! I have to call the pharmacy to get my Rx's ironed out constantly, & they can't do or tell you anything that might accurately help w/ the app. Often I'm told just to call in because the app gets things wrong all the time; then I'll get contradicting info from the pharm techs depending on whom I speak with. The new delivery option is supposed be set up on the app – supposedly – but doesn't work & my Rx's have never been delivered.
app once allowed you to scan the prescription bottle to order refills, it took like seconds to just scan barcode and done. now I have to either phone in the order or enter them one at a time, or setup a account which I really dont want to. would rate 5 stars if I had option to scan barcodes again.
App works well but there is no provision to add a coupon such as goodrx. My wife was informed today that they, (people manning the drive through window) prefer that she call in the goodrx information before coming to the drive through. It would be nice if this information could be added on the app when ordering the medication. Otherwise, this is a great app.
The app was working great for a few months, then all of a sudden I don't use it for a while and when I open the app, the stored email and password for my login isn't recognized. I try to change the password using the same email I use with the app and it says it's not recognized. I dunno why it's rejecting my login info all of a sudden. It's aggravating. I tried to make a new account and it rejects my emails.
1. The app needs to say whether the refill was 30 day or 90 day supply. 2. Allowing notes to be added by user would be helpful, just for personal use, not to be transmitted to pharmacy. 3. When a refill has not been picked up and meds put back in stock, the refill date should be backed up to the prior refill date. App shows prescription was filled while I was out of town. I was not in town to pick it up. But now says no refills remaining. Implement these changes, app will be much better.
The next programmer yall use has a few more bugs to fix! This app lets me order a drug that cannot be filled yet, but says it will be ready for p/u t next day after 1:00 PM. Now, it shows that it WAS filled on that day, and cannot be filled again until June 11! There must be a way to remove the incorrect info because it appears as if it has been filled and picked up for May which it has not!
Most days the app freezes and won't connect to my account. Force stop, clear cache, close all apps, nothing works. Sometimes randomly it will connect long enough to place order. Update: newer versions have mostly fixed the server connection issue.
This app is having major problems. Sadly they don't have an IT tech who can fix it. Whatever they paid for this app. They can't fix it. It has only worked for a couple of months before it crashes. This app sucks!!!!!! If you can't fix it, then get rid of it. People have to call in to talk to the pharmacy. You can't even do it over their automated system. Come on fix it or dump the whole thing and find another tech who can actually make this work.
Terrible, sends text to advise of expected delivery and charges twice, before they have even picked up the Rx. I cannot ever know when they will actually deliver to me. Don't use this until these issues are corrected!!!!! Zero actual relationship with store I shop at. No communications between corporate and local stores. Huge point of abrasion for customer.
Sometimes i can open this app and it works just fine most of the time it tells me oops something went wrong try back later. I got this app so i can easily access my meds and get them refilled without having to call into the store. Whats the point of the app if i have to end up calling in.
This app rarely works. As soon as you get used to it working, it quits. If you try to refill a prescription you need, there are technical difficulties. If you accidentally order something you don't need, it goes through if you're lucky. It's ridiculous.
I am so grateful for this app! It's a life saver. I have short term memory issues and way too many prescriptions! I count on it to keep track of everything concerning those prescriptions. I highly recommend this app! It saves a lot of time for me and the pharmacy techs, because we are not wasting time on phone calls. Get it! You won't regret it! : )
It won't let me log in. The app changed its login entries, but won't let me update my account. Requires me to create a new account, which isn't ideal for an existing pharmacy account/history. The tech support is email only, "Will get back to you in a couple hours". Right.
App gets worse with each upgrade. Can not log in at all. You can click Sign In , wait nothing but a circle. Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to activate to even get it to circle. This app is now useless and I will delete it. Like everything else, it worked when first came out and with every upgrade got worse until unusable.
