It is a very primitive app. Maybe it would be a good app if it was 2009. You can do nothing with your app except if I want check my account balance, transfer money, or pay the bills. On top of that, I have to go through your basic, unfriendly and ugly user interface to do them. WAKE UP GUYS

There are some bugs during remittances and during bill payments. I suggest reducing the use of the code sent to the mobile and the alternative is the fingerprint.

No offence but this app is very bad my account is blocked and when I tried to call the queries number they tells me to go to the nearby branch and when I go there they keeps telling me that nothing is wrong with my account. It's so disappointing 😞

It's showing updates but while select option to update, it's nothing. Keep repeating same

Sadly this bank is my primary bank and i do all my finances through them, however this app is no where near reliable it's out dated and sluggish and glitchy and ultra basic! I hate using it so much in fact I'd rather calling customer service instead just to avoid its ugliness!!! IF YOU'RE BUSY AND WANT THINGS GETTING DONE QUICK WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR MONEY LOOK WHERE ELSE TRUST ME!!!!

App is not working at end saying service is not available

Swipe to confirm or cancel is not working on the phone for long time, even my friends tried on their mobile says the same problem. Just for this reason again i have to login to laptop for transactions. kindly fix it. If the swipe to confirm is not working then change to click to confirm or cancel or else this app is only to display our acct.Rest everything is fine.

IMPORTANT SUGGESTION The app is very basic and needs much improvement. First of all its not giving you access to the transaction history Secondly it's not giving a receipt after transaction, only you can take a screenshot which is not acceptable for some organisations. Specifically a PDF Receipt is very important after int. transaction. Lastly the interface is no user friendly. Bank Albilad is requested to take action please.

1. Latest version is not operational! Hanging on logo stage with no further action. 2. Transaction history is limited to last three months, whereas entire history needs to be there. 3. Transactions need to have an option of being filtered by destination. Example, I want to see al my payments ever made to SEC. Thank you!

Very bad , the app freezes a lot , and glitchs , gives me a hard time trusting it , it takes FOREVER to get one transaction done , like seriously 34 MINUTES just to get the one time password . and it's very complicated to use . Needs A LOT of improvement.

Firstly Bank Albilad should bring some good and user friendly Application. By Updating it and learning from Bank Alahli. Secondly I requested on phone many times that this application is not creating a PDF copy after transaction and it only giving option to save a screen shot of the transaction... a screen shot is not acceptable anywhere. Please upgrade this...

I was so upset after the last update, you cannot log in to the application and it is showing that you dont have internet connection even if i do so. Please try to this issue, cause the application is very convenient to your customers

Up to this day I still cannot login to this app. The developer of this app should be aware of the issue that is occuring to most of the users after the update was made. Please fix the bug to make it more usuable and reliable app. Thanks,

The app is not opening in my Lenovo k9 note. Do not know the error. It is installed but upon opening immediately vanishing after getting a slight start. I Request bank to solve issue. I tried reinstall after uninstall but not worked.

Good day. Can I ask regarding the application of bank albilad? Its not working. Since my phone upgraded to version 10. I also checked in playstore if I need to update the app. But I saw some comments with the same issue. What can I do? Hoping for your response. Thank you.

It helped me a lot to do with my account without visiting any bank or atm.. I can transfer money. I can check my history of all transactions it's really safe , secured and helpful

Unable to finish registration.. It reach the verification code and get freez.. Repeat it many times.. But same problem.. I think it is not a perfect app.

I have been using the alplication for 5 years now, but this version is very poor it freezes a lot and shows time out message specially when you try to transfer money

when i open the app a window shows up and it says "this device does not meet the requirements security for this application". i was using it fine since last update im so disappointed and upset, I can't use it now for all my transfer money or visa or paying the bills

It became so bad after the last update. It doesn't work when I want login to my account it asked me to check the internet connection and my internet is working. I tried to contact them in Twitter and the just say it's working so I became sad and I uninstalled it

I am trying since last two days but it does not open. Very useless app. Need to be corrected so that we may avoid using laptop for transactions.
