Alcatel WiFi Link

Just got the linkzone. Setup on tv. Can't access anything on the app due to it being corrupt. Shows connected, but it won't open. Now I can't use it with the app. Local store says it needs another update that I can't do without the app working is their best guess. Don't have time to go to the store again. Fix the app so we can use it.

Broken. Worked a few weeks (months? dunno) ago, then I couldn't put PIN when required (I've been using web interface for managing it since then), and now I noticed it can't connect at all (I wasn't by the desktop when I wanted to restart it, so I had to check the app).

The app is useless tried the password on the box, the admin password. Nothing works. Went to store. They couldn't figure it out. Its just useless and I can't manage my wifi hub

It worked for about 3 days, now I can't log in anymore because it keeps saying "couldn't connect" deleted and re-download, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted phone, I tried everything the app is useless to me :(

It can't connect to the only device it is supposed to connect to. No troubleshooting options. Just doesn't work.

I can't login to app even after making several attempts. Everytime I get the message 'Couldn't Connect' even though the password is correct.

App is better than expected, seeing as how bad the reviews are. User-friendly, no issues on my side.

"Couldn't connect" notification is annoying. I can't check how much data was used.

Now is showing "couldn' conect" "no device found". But when it was working, it was not showing the current balance and permit me to set a plan.

I can't login into the administration account. When I log in, it kicks me out immediately. Totally useless.

Doesnt see the device. My computer sees it. My phone sees it... but the app does not see the device How do I get the old version? Google is only connecting me w latest version

Latest version is corrupted, we are not able to login.. Please download and use old version, you can get v0.037 apk via google.. Previous version v0.037 is working fine...

tried both apps both will not acknowledge the links zone hotspot not knowing the info is a bummer app needs a tune up

the message pops up: couldn't connect. with every update, the same problem appears.

I just got the Wi-Fi router and my phone refused to download the app sighting that the app is infected... Sort it out asap

Password on device does not work in app

Will.not accept my password its a very disaponting app their is no tech support and no resone my password shouldnt work.

I couldn't log in to the device from the app while doing so through the website using the device IP address.

It works with my old phone Android 9 and on its 14 but I can not log in through my new phone Android 11
